Claims (29)
- 分析物監視デバイスの適応型構成のための方法であって、
第1の報告形式特性を含む第1の報告形式を使用して、ホストの生理学的情報に関する第1の報告を伝送することと、
前記ホストの少なくとも1つの挙動または状況特性を含む、挙動または状況情報のうちの少なくとも1つを判定することと、
前記少なくとも1つの挙動及び/または状況特性を、1つ以上の挙動または状況基準と比較することと、
調節を特定するメッセージを伝送することと、
前記比較に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記報告形式を調節することであって、前記報告形式は、前記第1の報告形式特性とは異なる第2の報告形式特性を含み、前記第2の報告形式特性は、裁量のレベルの変更および報告頻度の変更を含むことと、
前記第2の報告形式を使用して、生理学的情報に関する第2の報告を伝送することと、
を含み、前記方法はさらに、
前記調節の確認を受信すると、後続の報告のための前記第2の報告形式を起動することと、
前記調節の否認を受信するか、または前記メッセージに対する応答を受信しない場合、後続の報告のための前記第1の報告形式を起動することと、

- 前記事前特定済みの入力は、血糖計、体温計、加速度計、カメラ、マイクロフォン、クエリ処理エンジン、マシン間の通信用に構成される電子デバイス、または電子患者記録のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4または5のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
- 追加の値を周期的に記憶することは、特定の追加の値がいつ記憶されたかを示すタイムスタンプを記憶することを含む、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
- 前記生理学的状態は、糖尿病、肥満、栄養失調、活動亢進、鬱、受胎能のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
