Description
Claims (14)
- 車両を駆動する内燃機関(50)であって、ディーゼル燃料を燃焼室(52)に注入する噴射器を有する燃焼室(52)を備える内燃機関(50)と、
ガス混合物を前記燃焼室(52)に送達する供給ライン(38)と、
水素ガスおよび酸素ガスを生成する電解室(20)と、
前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスを前記電解室(20)から抜き出す真空ポンプ(25)とを備える、車両駆動システムであって、
前記車両駆動システムが、
メタノールまたはエタノールが受容され、受容されたメタノールまたはエタノールをガス化する、ガス化タンク(30)と、
圧縮空気を前記ガス化タンク(30)に給送し、前記ガス化タンク(30)内でのメタノールまたはエタノールのガス化を増加させる空気圧縮機(35)とを更に備え、
前記ガス混合物が、前記ガス化タンク(30)からのガス化したメタノールまたはエタノールと、前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスの少なくとも一部とを含むことを特徴とする車両駆動システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両駆動システムであって、
前記真空ポンプ(25)および前記ガス化タンク(30)が、前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスを少なくとも部分的に、前記真空ポンプ(25)によって前記電解室(20)から前記ガス化タンク(30)へと搬送して、前記ガス混合物を生成することができるように配置されたことを特徴とする車両駆動システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両駆動システムであって、
前記電解室(20)から前記ガス化タンク(30)までのラインシステムが形成されることによって、前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスを分離せずに酸水素ガスとして搬送することができることを特徴とする車両駆動システム。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両駆動システムであって、
ターボ過給機(40)が提供され、
前記供給ライン(38)が、前記ガス混合物を、前記ターボ過給機(40)の圧縮機(42)を介して前記燃焼室(52)へと案内できるように設計されたことを特徴とする車両駆動システム。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車両駆動システムであって、
前記ガス化タンク(30)へと案内された前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスが、複数のノズルを介して前記ガス化タンク(30)の下部に導入されることを特徴とする車両駆動システム。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車両駆動システムであって、
排気ガスを清浄する排気フィルタ(60)が提供され、
前記電解室(20)で生成される、前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスを分離するセパレータが存在し、
前記酸素ガスの一部分を前記排気フィルタ(60)に案内するライン(62)が存在し、
前記供給ライン(38)によって前記燃焼室(52)へと案内される前記ガス混合物が、前記酸素ガスおよび前記水素ガスの残り、ならびに前記ガス化したメタノールまたはエタノールを含むことを特徴とする車両駆動システム。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の車両駆動システムであって、
前記電解室(20)に電流が供給され、電流を用いて前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスが前記電解室(20)内で得られ、
コントローラ(10)が存在し、前記電解室(20)への前記電流および/または水の導入を制御、ならびに/あるいは前記真空ポンプ(25)の給送能力を制御するように設計されたことを特徴とする車両駆動システム。 - 請求項7に記載の車両駆動システムであって、
コントローラ(10)が、前記内燃機関(50)の給気圧力に基づいて、前記電解室(20)への前記電流および/または水の導入を制御、ならびに/あるいは前記真空ポンプ(25)の給送能力を制御するように設計され、
前記コントローラ(10)が、前記給気圧力が高いほど、前記電流および前記給送能力を高く調節するように設計されたことを特徴とする車両駆動システム。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の車両駆動システムを備えることを特徴とする陸上車。
- 車両が内燃機関(50)を用いて駆動され、
ディーゼル燃料が、噴射器を用いて前記内燃機関(50)の燃焼室(52)に注入され、
水素ガスおよび酸素ガスが電解室(20)で生成され、
前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスが、真空ポンプ(25)を用いて前記電解室(20)から吸い出される、車両駆動システムの操作方法であって、
メタノールまたはエタノールをガス化させるガス化タンクへ空気圧縮機(35)からの圧縮空気を給送し、前記ガス化タンク(30)内でのメタノールまたはエタノールのガス化を増加させるという操作と、
ガス化したメタノールまたはエタノールと、前記水素ガスおよび前記酸素ガスの少なくとも一部とを含むガス混合物を、前記燃焼室(52)へと案内するという操作を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、
前記電解室(20)内で、前記真空ポンプ(25)によって、1bar未満の減圧された圧力が発生することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10または11に記載の方法であって、
前記真空ポンプ(25)が、前記電解室(20)の動作中、前記電解室内に残留するガスの量が最大で前記電解室の四分の一の量となるようにガスを前記電解室(20)から抜き出すことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
点火タイミングが、上死点よりも前に20°未満のクランク軸角度でもたらされることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記内燃機関(50)の給気圧力が既定の閾値に達した場合、前記真空ポンプ(25)が最大給送能力で操作され、
更に、前記給気圧力が前記既定の閾値を超えて増加した場合、圧縮空気を前記ガス化タンク(30)へと給送する前記空気圧縮機(35)が付加的に操作されることを特徴とする方法。
