Description
Claims (1)
- 少なくとも1つのセパレータの吸入ポートと、
前記セパレータの吸入ポートからセパレータ材料を受け取るよう構成される少なくとも第1、第2、および第3の一連のチャネルと、
少なくとも1つの電極の吸入ポートと、
前記電極の吸入ポートから電極材料を受け取るよう構成される第4の一連のチャネルと、
を含む、共押出印字ヘッドであって、
前記セパレータが、前記電極材料の上面を覆うセパレータ上段部と、前記電極材料の側面を覆うセパレータ両側部と、前記セパレータ上段部と同一の厚さで前記セパレータ両側部から電極面方向に広がるセパレータ外縁部とからなり、
前記共押出印字ヘッドがさらに、
前記第1、前記第2、前記第3、および前記第4の一連のチャネルにそれぞれノズルを介して接続する第1の合流部であって、前記セパレータ材料を受け取りセパレータフローに合流させ、前記電極材料を受け取り電極フローに合流させるよう配置され、前記セパレータフローの上段層と前記電極フローとが垂直に積層される第1の合流部と、
前記第1の合流部に接続し、前記セパレータフローと前記電極フローを受け取り、合流させるよう配置される第2の合流部と、
前記第2の合流部に接続する出口ポート、および出口ノズルであって、前記出口ポートは前記第2の合流部から前記ノズルを介して基板上に前記電極材料および前記セパレータ材料の一部を積層として付着させるよう構成される、出口ポートおよび出口ノズルと、
を含み、
前記第1、前記第2、および前記第3の一連のチャネル及びこれらに接続するノズル開口が、それぞれ、前記セパレータ外縁部を形成する一連の第1のチャネル・ノズル開口、前記セパレータ両側部を形成する一連の第2のチャネル・ノズル開口、および、前記セパレータ上段部を形成する一連の第3のチャネル・ノズル開口であり、
前記一連の第1のチャネル・ノズル開口及び前記一連の第3のチャネル・ノズル開口は、前記電極面方向に並ぶ同形状の矩形チャネル・ノズル開口であり、前記一連の第2のチャネル・ノズル開口は、前記一連の第1のチャネル・ノズル開口及び前記一連の第3のチャネル・ノズル開口よりも積層方向に高く、単独で前記セパレータ両側部の片側を形成する矩形チャネル・ノズル開口である、
