Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのセパレータの吸入ポートと、
前記セパレータの吸入ポートからセパレータ材料を受け取るよう構成される少なくとも第1、第2、および第3の一連のチャネルと、
少なくとも1つの電極の吸入ポートと、
前記電極の吸入ポートから電極材料を受け取るよう構成される第4の一連のチャネルと、
前記第1、前記第2、前記第3、および前記第4の一連のチャネルに接続する第1の合流部であって、前記セパレータ材料を受け取りセパレータフローに合流させ、前記電極材料を受け取り電極フローに合流させるよう配置される第1の合流部と、
前記第1の合流部に接続し、前記セパレータフローと前記電極フローを受け取り、合流させるよう配置される第2の合流部と、
前記第2の合流部に接続し、前記合流部から基板上に前記セパレータ材料および前記電極材料を積層として付着させるよう構成され、前記セパレータ材料が前記電極材料の上面および側面を覆うようにする出口ポートと、を含む共押出印字ヘッド。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセパレータの吸入ポートが、3つのセパレータの吸入ポートを含む、請求項1に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極の吸入ポートが、2つの電極の吸入ポートを含む、請求項1に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
- 前記電極材料が、2つの電極材料を含む、請求項3に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
- 前記第4の一連のチャネルが、2つの電極材料を受け取るようさらに構成される、請求項4に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
- 前記第1の合流部が、前記2つの電極材料を受け取るよう構成される、請求項5に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
- 前記出口ポートが、前記材料が前記印字ヘッドから吐出されるとき前記セパレータ材料により覆われる一体型ストライプである前記2つの電極材料を付着させるよう構成される、請求項6に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
- 付加的な材料を受け取るよう構成され、前記第2の合流部、および前記セパレータ材料の上に前記付加的な材料を付着させるよう構成される前記出口ポートに接続する第5の一連のチャネルをさらに含む請求項1に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
- 前記付加的な材料には、付加的なセパレータ材料が含まれる、請求項8に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
- 前記付加的な材料は、前記電極材料の反対のタイプの第2の電極材料である、請求項8に記載の共押出印字ヘッド。
