Description
(1)冷凍サイクル装置1の構成
第1実施形態の冷凍サイクル装置1の全体構成の概略を図1に示す。図1は、冷媒回路2を中心に記載している。冷凍サイクル装置1は、冷暖房を行う空気調和装置、冷温水器などに用いることができる。冷凍サイクル装置1は、水冷式である。冷媒回路2を流れる冷媒は、熱源側熱交換器23において、水回路5を流れる水と熱交換を行う。
水量調整装置10は、水量調整弁11と、第1温度センサ12と、第2温度センサ13と、制御部40とを備える。
水量調整弁11の開度制御フローを、図2を用いて説明する。
(熱交換器の入口と出口の比エンタルピ差[kJ/kg])=(熱交換器の入口の比エンタルピ[kJ/kg])−(熱交換器の出口の比エンタルピ[kJ/kg])・・・(1)
(冷媒側能力[kW])=(冷媒循環量[kg/s])×(熱交換器の入口と出口の比エンタルピ差[kJ/kg])・・・(2)
(水量[m3/s])=(冷媒側能力[kW])/((出口水比熱[kJ/(kg・K)])×(出口水密度[kg/m3])×(水配管の出口温度[℃])−(入口水比熱[kJ/(kg・K)])×(入口水密度[kg/m3])×(水配管の入口温度[℃]))・・・(3)

本実施形態の水量調整装置10は、入口と出口の差圧が所定範囲内になるように回転数制御される循環ポンプ(51)によって、水回路5の水配管中の水を循環させ、冷媒回路(2)を流れる冷媒と、水配管を流れる水との間で熱交換器(23)において熱交換を行わせる冷凍サイクル装置(1)に備えられ、水配管を流れる水量を制御する。水量調整装置10は、水配管を流れる水量を調整する水量調整弁11と、熱交換器23の入口の水配管の温度を測定する第1温度センサ12と、熱交換器23の出口の水配管の温度を測定する第2温度センサ13と、第1温度センサ12の測定温度と第2温度センサ13の測定温度の差に基づいて、水量調整弁11の開度を制御する制御部40とを備える。
本実施形態の水量調整装置10においては、制御部40は、水回路5の水配管を流れる水量が所定範囲内になるように、水量調整弁11の開度を調整する(S104)。この水量は、直接測定したものではなく、演算により算出された(S103)ものである。
さらに、上記水量の演算(S103)は、冷媒の冷媒側能力(S102において演算)に基づいて演算されたものである。
本実施形態の水量調整装置10においては、水回路5の水配管を流れる水量が所定範囲内になるように、水量調整弁11の開度を調整(S104)した後で、熱源側熱交換器23の入口と出口の水配管の温度差に基づいて、水量調整弁11の開度を制御する(S105)。このように制御することにより、適切に、水回路5の水配管を流れる水量を制御できる。

変形例1Aの水量調整装置10の構成は、第1実施形態と同じである。変形例1Aの水量調整弁11の開度制御方法は、ステップS1023の冷媒循環量の演算方法を除いて、第1実施形態と同じである。変形例1Aの冷媒循環量の演算方法について、説明する。

Claims (8)
- 入口と出口の差圧が所定範囲内になるように回転数制御される循環ポンプ(51)によって、水配管中の水を循環させ、冷媒回路(2)を流れる冷媒と、水配管を流れる水との間で熱交換器(23)において熱交換を行わせる冷凍サイクル装置(1)において、水配管を流れる水量を制御する水量調整装置(10)であって、
水配管を流れる水量を調整する水量調整弁(11)と、
前記熱交換器の入口の水配管の温度を測定する第1温度センサ(12)と、
前記熱交換器の出口の水配管の温度を測定する第2温度センサ(13)と、
前記第1温度センサの測定温度と前記第2温度センサの測定温度の差に基づいて、前記水量調整弁の開度を制御する制御部(40)と、
を備え、
前記制御部が前記水量調整弁の開度を調整することにより、水配管の水量を変化させ、前記循環ポンプの入口と出口の差圧を変化させることによって、前記循環ポンプの回転数を変化させる、
水量調整装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1温度センサの測定温度と前記第2温度センサの測定温度の差が、所定範囲内に入るように、前記水量調整弁の開度を制御する、
請求項1に記載の水量調整装置。 - 前記制御部は、水配管を流れる水量が所定範囲内になるように、前記水量調整弁の開度を調整する、

水配管を流れる水量を制御する水量調整装置(10)と、を備え、
前記水量調整装置は、
水配管を流れる水量を調整する水量調整弁(11)と、
前記熱交換器の入口の水配管の温度を測定する第1温度センサ(12)と、
前記熱交換器の出口の水配管の温度を測定する第2温度センサ(13)と、
前記第1温度センサの測定温度と前記第2温度センサの測定温度の差に基づいて、前記水量調整弁の開度を制御する制御部(40)と、を含み、
