一方、第1実施形態による連結装置300は、脱着ピン90の上端面から内側に形成されたピン溝95が形成され、ピン溝95に結合具60の結合ピン80が挿入されて結合される例を開示したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、図17〜図19に示されたように、脱着ピン190の上端部の外側面にピン溝195が形成され、ピン溝195に結合具160の結合ピン180が挿入されて結合され得る。

Claims (9)
- シリンダー本体と、前記シリンダー本体の一端に連結されて、前後進するシリンダーロッドと、前記シリンダー本体の一端に連結され、中心部分に前記シリンダーロッドの前後進を案内するガイド孔が形成されているシリンダーブロックとを含み、前記シリンダーロッドと連結された一端に反対になる前記シリンダーブロックの他端に連結ユニットが連結される設置孔が、前記シリンダーロッドが移動する方向に直交する方向に形成されている圧着力提供ユニットと;
前記圧着力提供ユニットのガイド孔に挿入され、前記設置孔と連通するように挿入孔が形成された結合片を具備する連結ユニットと;
前記圧着力提供ユニットの設置孔と前記連結ユニットの挿入孔を一致させて連結する連結装置と;を含み、
前記連結装置は、
前記設置孔を中心として一側の前記シリンダーブロックの外側面に設置され、かつ、前記設置孔に弾性を有する結合ピンが露出する結合具と;
前記設置孔を中心として他方の前記シリンダーブロックの外側面を介して前記設置孔および前記挿入孔に挿入されて、前記結合ピンに弾性的に結合されて、前記圧着力提供ユニットに前記連結ユニットを結合する脱着ピンと;

第1結合ピンと;
前記第1結合ピンと対向するように配置された第2結合ピンと;
前記第1結合ピンと第2結合ピンとの間に介在されて、前記第1および第2結合ピンの間の間隔を維持する弾性体と;を含み、
前記脱着ピンは、上端面に前記第1および第2結合ピンが挿入されて固定されるピン溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパイプ圧着連結装置。 - 前記第1および第2結合ピンは、
前記脱着ピンのピン溝に脱着され、それらの間に前記弾性体が介在される第1および第2結合部と;
前記第1および第2結合部とそれぞれ連結されて、互いに反対になる前記結合具本体の外側面に突出している第1および第2プッシング部と;を含み、
前記脱着ピンの結合時に、前記脱着ピンを前記第1および第2結合部に向かって前進させて、前記脱着ピンの上端面が前記第1および第2結合部を押圧すると、前記第1および第2結合部の間に介在された前記弾性体が収縮するのに伴い、前記第1および第2結合部が前記脱着ピンのピン溝に挿入された後、前記弾性体の復元力により第1および第2結合部が遠ざかるに伴って、前記脱着ピンのピン溝に結合されて、前記脱着ピンを固定し、
前記脱着ピンの分離時に、前記第1および第2プッシング部を押圧して、前記第1および第2結合部を密着させた後、前記脱着ピンを後退させて前記第1および第2結合部から分離し、前記第1および第2プッシング部を押圧した力を除去すると、収縮した前記弾性体が復元されるのに伴い、前記第1および第2結合部が一定間隔で離隔することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパイプ圧着連結装置。 - 前記脱着ピンは、
前記設置孔を中心として他方のシリンダーブロックの外側面に密着するヘッド部と;
前記ヘッド部と一体に形成されて、前記設置孔に挿入されて、前記第1および第2結合ピンに結合され、上端面に前記ピン溝が形成されているピン部と;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパイプ圧着連結装置。 - 前記結合具本体は、
前記第1および第2プッシング部の移動を案内する第1ガイド溝が上部面に形成されている下部本体と;
前記下部本体の上部面に固定設置される下部面と、前記シリンダーブロックの外側面に固定設置される上部面とを具備し、前記第1ガイド溝に対応するように前記下部面に前記第2ガイド溝が形成されて、前記第1および第2プッシング部の移動を案内し、前記設置孔に連通するように前記上部面と下部面を貫通してピン脱着孔が形成されており、前記ピン脱着孔に前記第1および第2結合部が露出し、前記ピン脱着孔に前記脱着ピンが挿入される上部本体と;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパイプ圧着連結装置。 - 前記結合ピンは、
前記脱着ピンが挿入される方向に垂直方向に弾性的に移動するように、前記結合具本体に設置される第1結合ピンと;

前記脱着ピンは、上端部の外側面に前記第1および第2結合ピンが挿入されて固定されるピン溝が形成されており、
前記脱着ピンの結合時に、前記脱着ピンが前記第1および第2結合ピンの間に挿入されるのに伴い、前記第1および第2結合ピンを弾性的に後退させ、前記脱着ピンがさらに挿入されて、前記脱着ピンのピン溝に前記第1および第2結合ピンが位置すると、前記第1および第2結合ピンが前進して前記ピン溝に挿入されて、前記脱着ピンを固定し、
前記脱着ピンの分離時に、前記ピン溝から前記第1および第2結合ピンを後退させた後、前記第1および第2結合ピンから脱着ピンを分離し、前記第1および第2結合ピンを後退させた力を除去すると、前記第1および第2結合ピンは、元の位置に復元されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパイプ圧着連結装置。 - 前記脱着ピンは、
前記設置孔を中心として他方のシリンダーブロックの外側面に密着するヘッド部と;
前記ヘッド部と一体に形成されて、前記設置孔に挿入されて、前記第1および第2結合ピンに脱着され、上端部の外側面に前記ピン溝が形成されているピン部と;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のパイプ圧着連結装置。
