Description
前記ロッキングボルトのシャンク外周に、ボルト頭側にあって一部を不連続としたロッキング用環状溝と、この環状溝の周方向の角から環状溝に連続してシャンクに沿ってボルト先端側に延びつつ浅くなる斜面となったリリース溝と、このリリース溝よりもシャンクのボルト先端側に形成されそのボルト頭側の内壁がテーパ状斜面に形成された抜け止め用環状溝とを備え;
前記取付部には前記ロッキングボルトのロッキング用環状溝、リリース溝、抜け止め用環状溝のいずれかに係入してこれらの間で移動可能としたロッキングピンを備え;
ロッキングボルトには、前記ボルト頭と前記取付部との間に縮装されてボルトをボルト頭方向に付勢するリリース用コイルバネを備える;ことを特徴とする加圧工具、により達成される。

Claims (6)
- 作業内容に対応して、交換工具を工具本体部に設けた取付部を貫通するロッキングボルトによって着脱交換可能に保持し、前記工具本体部側から前記交換工具に向かって突出する加圧部材によって前記交換工具を作動させる加圧工具において;
前記ロッキングボルトのシャンク外周に、ボルト頭側にあって一部を不連続としたロッキング用環状溝と、この環状溝の周方向の角から環状溝に連続してシャンクに沿ってボルト先端側に延びつつ浅くなる斜面となったリリース溝と、このリリース溝よりもシャンクのボルト先端側に形成されそのボルト頭側の内壁がテーパ状斜面に形成された抜け止め用環状溝とを備え;
前記取付部には前記ロッキングボルトのロッキング用環状溝、リリース溝、抜け止め用環状溝のいずれかに係入してこれらの間で移動可能としたロッキングピンを備え;
ロッキングボルトには、前記ボルト頭と前記取付部との間に縮装されてボルトをボルト頭方向に付勢するリリース用コイルバネを備える;
ことを特徴とする加圧工具。 - 加圧工具は、電動ポンプにより生成される油圧により加圧部材を駆動する電動油圧方式のものである請求項1の加圧工具。
- ロッキング用環状溝には複数の不連続部が設けられ、各不連続部に交わる環状溝の周方向の角から環状溝に連続してシャンクに沿って延びる複数のリリース溝が形成されている請求項1の加圧工具。
- ロッキング用環状溝に、ロッキングピンがロッキング用環状溝からリリース溝に移動する時に乗り越える抵抗付与部が形成されている請求項1の加圧工具。
- 抵抗付与部は、ロッキング用環状溝とリリース溝が交わる折曲部内角側に形成され、ロッキングピンが環状溝からリリース溝に移動する時に乗り越える凸部である請求項4の加圧工具。
- 請求項1の加圧工具に用いるロッキングボルトであって、シャンクの一端に設けたボルト頭と、このボルト頭側にあって一部を不連続としたロッキング用環状溝と、この環状溝の周方向の角から環状溝に連続してシャンクに沿ってボルト先端側に延びつつ浅くなる斜面となったリリース溝と、このリリース溝よりもシャンクの先端側に形成されそのボルト頭側の内壁がテーパ状斜面に形成された抜け止め用環状溝と、を備えることを特徴とするロッキングボルト。
