Description
前記主軸の一端側に取り付けられたインペラを含むポンプ部と、前記主軸の他端側に取り付けられたディスク、前記ディスクの外周に設けられた複数の動翼、及び、前記動翼が成す翼列の入口面に向けて傾斜して設けられ、軸対称な断面を有する複数のノズルを含むタービン部と、を備え、前記複数のノズルは、前記主軸と直交する平面において前記主軸の周方向に沿った、第1の列および前記第1の列よりも径方向外側の第2の列に配置されることを要旨とする。
Claims (5)
- 回転可能に支持された主軸と、
前記主軸の一端側に取り付けられたインペラを含むポンプ部と、
前記主軸の他端側に取り付けられたディスク、前記ディスクの外周に設けられた複数の動翼、及び、前記動翼が成す翼列の入口面に向けて傾斜して設けられ、軸対称な断面を有する複数のノズルを含むタービン部と、
を備え、
前記複数のノズルは円形の断面を有し、前記主軸と直交する平面において前記主軸の周方向に沿った2列に配置され、
前記2列のうちの一方の列のノズルの出口と前記2列のうちの他方の列のノズルの出口は、前記入口面における前記一方の列のノズルと前記他方の列のノズルの噴射領域の位相ずれが、前記主軸の中心に対して噴射領域が成す円周角の1/4から3/4までの角度の範囲内に納まるように、前記主軸の周りで交互に位置するロケットエンジン用ターボポンプ。 - 各前記ノズルは、当該ノズルの中心軸に沿った当該ノズルの出口の前記入口面への投影面が前記入口面内に納まるように配列している請求項1に記載のロケットエンジン用ターボポンプ。
- 前記2列のうちの一方の列のノズルの出口と前記2列のうちの他方の列のノズルの出口は、互いに異なる断面積を有する請求項1又は2に記載のロケットエンジン用ターボポンプ。
- 前記2列のうちの一方の列のノズルを第1ノズルとし、前記2列のうちの他方の列のノズルを第2ノズルとし、前記第1ノズルの出口をその中心軸に沿って前記入口面に投影した楕円を第1の楕円とし、前記第2ノズルの出口をその中心軸に沿って前記入口面に投影した楕円を第2の楕円とした場合、前記第1の楕円の長軸と、前記第2の楕円の長軸は、前記入口面内において互いに反対、あるいは同じ向きに、角度を変えて傾斜している請求項1から3のうちの何れか一項に記載のロケットエンジン用ターボポンプ。
- 前記複数のノズルはそれぞれラバールノズルである請求項1から4のうちの何れか一項に記載のロケットエンジン用ターボポンプ。
