Claims (5)
- 遠心圧縮機であって、
所定のピッチをもって設けられた複数のロータブレードを含むインペラと、
前記インペラに対向して設けられ、前記インペラと協働して軸線方向に向けて開口した円環状のインペラ入口部及び径方向外方に向けて開口した円環状のインペラ出口部を画定するシュラウドと、
前記インペラの径方向外方に配置され、径方向内方に向けて開口し、前記インペラ出口部に対向する円環状のディフューザ入口部を有するディフューザと、
前記ディフューザ入口部に周方向に所定のピッチをもって設けられた複数のステータベーンとを具備し、
前記シュラウドは、前記インペラ出口部に隣接する部位に前記インペラに向けて開口した複数の開口と、各開口を互いに連通する連通路とを含み、
前記開口は、周方向に前記ステータベーンと同ピッチで設けられた複数の開口からなる第1の開口群と、前記第1の開口群の隣り合う開口間に配置された複数の開口からなる第2の開口群とを含む遠心圧縮機。 - 前記第1の開口群の各開口及び前記第2の開口群の各開口は前記インペラと同心の一つの同心円上に設けられている請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第2の開口群の各開口は前記第1の開口群の隣り合う開口間の1/2の位置を基準として前記インペラの回転方向進み側及び回転方向遅れ側に各々前記ステータベーンの前記ピッチの1/4ピッチに相当する回転角だけ変位した回転角範囲に設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記第2の開口群の各開口は前記第1の開口群の隣り合う開口間の1/2の位置に設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記連通路は、前記インペラと同心の円環状通路であり、前記第1の開口群及び前記第2の開口群の全ての前記開口を互いに連通する請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の遠心圧縮機。
