前記第2の保護膜の前記貫通配線とは反対の側には、第2の配線が設けられ、
前記第2の配線と前記第2の保護膜とは、異なる材料により形成され、
前記第2の保護膜の膜厚は、前記第1の保護膜の膜厚よりも薄く、
前記貫通配線の前記第2の面側の端部は、前記空間に臨み、
前記被挟部材は第1の被挟部材と、第2の被挟部材とを含み、
前記空間は前記第1の被挟部材と前記第2の被挟部材の間に区画され、
前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板とが重なる方向に見て、
前記第2の保護膜により覆われた前記貫通配線の前記第2の面側の端部は、
前記空間に位置する
ことを特徴とするMEMSデバイス。 - 前記空間内には前記第1の被挟部材および前記第2の被挟部材とは異なる前記被挟部材は設けられていないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMEMSデバイス。
- 前記第2の保護膜は前記空間内に位置し、
且つ、前記空間外には位置しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のMEMSデバイス。 - 前記第2の保護膜は導電性を有し、
前記第2の面のうち前記貫通配線の前記第2の面側の端部から外れた位置には、前記第2の面から突出した樹脂からなる突起部が形成され、
前記第2の保護膜は、前記貫通配線の前記第2の面側の端部を覆う位置から前記突起部に重なる位置まで延設され、
前記突起部は、前記第2の保護膜を間に挟んで、前記第2の基板に形成された端子と接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のMEMSデバイス。 - 前記被挟部材は第1の被挟部材と、第2の被挟部材とを含み、
前記空間は前記第1の被挟部材と前記第2の被挟部材の間に区画され、
前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板とが重なる方向に見て、
前記突起部は、
前記空間に位置することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のMEMSデバイス。 - 前記突起部は、前記第2の面に沿った面である第1の樹脂面と、前記第2の面に対して
交差するように設けられた面である第2の樹脂面と、を有し、
前記突起部の前記第1の樹脂面と、前記突起部の前記第2の樹脂面と、の交点における
内角は、前記第2の保護膜の延設方向において、90度以下であることを特徴とする請求
項4または5に記載のMEMSデバイス。 - 液体を噴射するノズルを備えた液体噴射ヘッドであって、
請求項1から請求項6の何れか一項に記載のMEMSデバイスの構造を備えたことを特
徴とする液体噴射ヘッド。 - 請求項7に記載の液体噴射ヘッドを備えたことを特徴とする液体噴射装置。
