Description
(a)貨物タンクが、船舶の船殻上に取り付けられたスカート構造によって支持され、それを通って、タンクが、貨物タンクと船殻との間に保持空間[10]を伴って、貨物タンク[4]の外層と船殻との間の直接接触を伴わずに、船舶に取り付けられ、貨物タンクが、スカートの上側部分とスカートの下側部分との間に構造用異材継手[8]を備え、
当該システムが、
(b)ポンプ塔[1]内に位置する液化ガスを充填及び放出するためのポンプと、
(c)タンクカバー[2]と、
(d)貨物タンク[4]の外層に適用された貨物タンク絶縁層[3]と、をさらに備え、
−船舶の船殻[6]の内側には[11]、保持空間[10]側で内面ライニングによって被覆され、内殻の縦辺において任意の好適な箔である、絶縁層が設けられ、船舶の船殻構造[9]の底部上の貨物タンク下方の辺には、適用される諸条件下で最小限の膨張及び/または収縮を示すメンブレンがあり、
−保持空間[10]が、不活性ガスで充填され、圧力を管理するための手段、及び温度を監視するための手段が設けられており、
−スカートが、スカートと内殻[6]の内側との間にある絶縁層を備える取り付け機構によって船殻構造上に取り付けられており、
−タンクカバー[2]には、内部絶縁層[12]が設けられる。
〔態様1〕
液化水素を貯蔵及び/または輸送するための船舶格納システムであって、前記システムが、前記船舶の船殻内部に球形の貨物タンク構造を備え、
(a)前記貨物タンクが、前記船舶の前記船殻上に取り付けられたスカート構造によって支持され、それを通って、前記タンクが、前記貨物タンクと前記船殻との間に保持空間[10]を伴って、前記貨物タンク[4]の外層と前記船殻との間の直接接触を伴わずに、前記船舶に取り付けられ、前記貨物タンクが、前記スカートの上側部分と前記スカートの下側部分との間に構造転移継手[8]を備え、
前記システムが、
(b)ポンプ塔[1]内に位置する液化ガスを充填及び放出するためのポンプと、
(c)タンクカバー[2]と、
(d)前記貨物タンク[4]の前記外層に適用された貨物タンク絶縁層[3]と、をさらに備え、
−前記船舶の船殻[6]の内側には、前記保持空間[10]側で内面ライニングによって被覆され、前記内殻の縦辺において任意の好適な箔である、絶縁層[11]が設けられ、前記船舶の前記船殻構造[9]の底部上の貨物タンク下方の辺には、適用される諸条件下で最小限の膨張及び/または収縮を示すメンブレンがあり、
−前記保持空間[10]が、不活性ガスで充填され、圧力を管理するための手段、及び温度を監視するための手段が設けられており、
−前記スカートが、前記スカートと前記内殻[6]の内側との間にある絶縁層を備える取り付け機構によって前記船殻構造上に取り付けられており、
−前記タンクカバー(2)には、内部絶縁層[12]が設けられる、船舶格納システム。
〔態様2〕
前記不活性ガスが、低温の窒素ガスである、態様1に記載の船舶格納システム。
〔態様3〕
貨物タンク絶縁層[3]が、ガス状水素で充填される、態様1または2に記載の船舶格納システム。
〔態様4〕
貨物タンク絶縁層[3]には、漏れ検出のための手段と、さらに圧力を管理するための手段とが設けられる、態様3に記載の船舶格納システム。
〔態様5〕
前記絶縁層[11]及び/または前記保持空間[10]には、水分検出センサが設けられる、態様1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の船舶格納システム。
〔態様6〕
態様1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の船舶格納システムを備える、海上輸送ベッセル。
〔態様7〕
態様1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の船舶格納システムの絶縁材を管理するためのプロセスであって、前記保持空間[10]を低温の窒素ガスで充填することと、前記保持空間[10]内の前記窒素の圧力を、水素を包含する前記貨物タンク[4]の内圧よりも低い圧力で維持することと、を含む、プロセス。
〔態様8〕
前記保持空間[10]内の前記温度が、−10℃〜−60℃に維持される、態様7に記載のプロセス。
〔態様9〕
前記貨物タンク絶縁層[3]には、漏れ検出のための手段、及び圧力を管理するための手段が設けられ、前記貨物タンク絶縁層[3]をガス状水素で充填することと、前記絶縁層[3]内の前記水素の圧力を前記保持空間[10]内の前記窒素ガスの圧力よりもわずかに高く維持することと、を含み、前記窒素ガスが、3〜5ミリバールの圧力である、態様7または8に記載のプロセス。
Claims (5)
- 液化水素を貯蔵及び/または輸送するための船舶格納システムであって、前記システムが、前記船舶の船殻内部に球形の貨物タンク構造を備え、
(a)前記貨物タンクが、前記船舶の前記船殻上に取り付けられたスカート構造によって支持され、それを通って、前記タンクが、前記貨物タンクと前記船殻との間に保持空間[10]を伴って、前記貨物タンク[4]の外層と前記船殻との間の直接接触を伴わずに、前記船舶に取り付けられ、前記貨物タンクが、前記スカートの上側部分と前記スカートの下側部分との間に構造用異材継手[8]を備え、
前記システムが、
(b)ポンプ塔[1]内に位置する液化ガスを充填及び放出するためのポンプと、
(c)タンクカバー[2]と、
(d)前記貨物タンク[4]の前記外層に適用された貨物タンク絶縁層[3]と、をさらに備え、

- 貨物タンク絶縁層[3]が、ガス状水素で充填される、請求項1または2に記載の船舶格納システム。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の船舶格納システムを備える、海上輸送船。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の船舶格納システムの絶縁材を管理するためのプロセスであって、前記保持空間[10]を低温の窒素ガスで充填することと、前記保持空間[10]内の前記窒素の圧力を、水素を包含する前記貨物タンク[4]の内圧よりも低い圧力で維持することとを含む、プロセス。
