Claims (1)
- 第一の流体と、前記第一の流体とは異なる第二の流体とを混合させ、発泡体を生成させて、施工現場において吹付ける現場吹付け型発泡機であって、
前記第一の流体を流す第一の流路と、
前記第二の流体を流す第二の流路と、
前記第一の流体を前記第一の流路内に供給する第一のポンプと、
前記第二の流体を前記第二の流路内に供給する第二のポンプと、
前記第一の流路内の圧力を測定する第一の圧力計と、
前記第二の流路内の圧力を測定する第二の圧力計と、
前記第一の圧力計と前記第二の圧力計との測定値の差が、3〜15MPaで設定される所定の閾値を超えたときに、前記第一のポンプと前記第二のポンプとを自動的に停止させる制御装置と、
を備え、
前記第一の流路及び前記第二の流路にはそれぞれ、これら流路内の圧力を減圧する減圧バルブが設けられており、
前記第一の流路及び前記第二の流路の前記減圧バルブは、前記施工現場に設置されており、
前記第一のポンプ及び前記第二のポンプは、前記施工現場から離間した位置に設置されており、
現場吹付け型発泡機はさらに、前記施工現場から前記第一のポンプ及び前記第二のポンプを作動させる、スプレーガンとは別体の遠隔操作装置を備え、
前記遠隔操作装置が、前記第一の圧力計と前記第二の圧力計との測定値を表示する圧力表示部を備える、
現場吹付け型発泡機。
