Claims (6)
- 第1部材(100)と第2部材(200)とを振動溶着させることにより形成された接合体(10)であって、
前記第1部材は、
前記第1部材のうち前記第2部材側の縁に沿って伸びる第1ベース部(120)と、
前記第1ベース部から前記第2部材側に向けて突出する第1溶着部(130)と、を有し、
前記第2部材は、
前記第2部材のうち前記第1部材側の縁に沿って伸びており、前記第1ベース部と対向するように配置されている第2ベース部(220)と、
前記第2ベース部から前記第1部材側に向けて突出しており、その先端が前記第1溶着部の先端に対して振動溶着されている第2溶着部(230)と、を有し、
前記第1溶着部の幅は、前記第2溶着部の幅よりも大きくなっており、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが接合されている部分のうち第1領域(D1)においては、
前記第1溶着部から離間した位置において、前記第1ベース部から前記第2部材側に向けて突出するように前記第1部材に形成された第1リブ(140,150)が、前記第1溶着部と前記第2溶着部とを側方から覆っており、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが接合されている部分のうち、前記第1領域とは異なる第2領域(D2)においては、
前記第2溶着部から離間した位置において、前記第2ベース部から前記第1部材側に向けて突出するように前記第2部材に形成された第2リブ(240,250)が、前記第1溶着部と前記第2溶着部とを側方から覆っている接合体。 - 接合体を前記第1部材から前記第2部材に向かう方向に沿って見た場合において、
前記第1領域は、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材との接合部分が伸びている方向が、振動溶着の際の振動方向に対して垂直となっている領域であり、
前記第2領域は、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材との接合部分が伸びている方向が、振動溶着の際の振動方向に対して平行となっている領域である、請求項1に記載の接合体。 - 前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが接合されている部分のうち、前記第1領域と前記第2領域とを繋ぐ接続領域(D3)においては、
前記第1領域側から前記第2領域側に行くに従って、前記第1リブの突出量が徐々に小さくなり、且つ前記第2リブの突出量が徐々に大きくなるように、前記第1リブ及び前記第2リブがそれぞれ形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の接合体。 - 前記第1領域においても、前記第2部材には前記第2リブが形成されており、
前記第2領域においても、前記第1部材には前記第1リブが形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の接合体。 - 前記第1リブの先端と前記第2リブの先端とが互いに対向している、請求項4に記載の接合体。
- 前記第1リブは、前記第1溶着部を間に挟むように2つ設けられており、
前記第2リブは、前記第2溶着部を間に挟むように2つ設けられている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の接合体。
