Description
Claims (4)
- 下部が開放された中空状に形成され、室内空間の上、天井(P)に配置される本体(100)と、
前記本体(100)を前記天井(P)の上部に固定する固定ブラケット(200)と、
前記本体(100)の内部に装着され、前記天井(P)の下部方向にスライディングされるスライディング部材(300)と、
前記スライディング部材(300)を、前記本体(100)の下部にスライディング移動させる昇降手段(400)と、
前記スライディング部材(300)の下部に左右両側に結合される支持台(500)と、
後方は、前記支持台(500)間に、ヒンジ軸(601)によって回転自在に結合されれば、前方には、ディスプレイ(T)が装着されるメインリンク(600)と、
前記メインリンク(600)を、前記ヒンジ軸(601)を中心に回転させ、前記ディスプレイ(T)の角度を調節する角度調節手段(700)と、を含むが、
前記昇降手段(400)は、前記本体(100)から、前記スライディング部材(300)を上下方向にスライディング移動させ、前記ディスプレイ(T)を、前記天井(P)を基準に、上部または下部に移動させ、
前記角度調節手段(700)は、前記昇降手段(400)により、前記天井(P)の下部に移動された前記メインリンク(600)を回転させ、前記ディスプレイ(T)の視聴角度を調節し、
前記メインリンク(600)の後方には、前記ヒンジ軸(601)を基準に回転されるように、前記角度調節手段(700)がヒンジ結合される結合突起(602)が突設され、
前記角度調節手段(700)は、一側は、前記結合突起(602)にヒンジ結合され、他側は、前記スライディング部材(300)の下部にヒンジ結合され、長さ変化により、前記メインリンク(600)の後方を、前記ヒンジ軸(601)を中心に回転させ、前記メインリンク(600)の前方に装着された前記ディスプレイ(T)の角度を調節する電動シリンダ701からなり、
前記本体(100)内側には、上下方向に、多数個のスライディング溝(101)が形成され、
前記スライディング部材(300)には、前記スライディング溝(101)に沿い、多数個の結合孔(301)が形成され、
それぞれの前記結合孔(301)に挿入結合され、前記スライディング溝(101)に沿ってスライディングされるスライディング突起(900)をさらに含み、
前記スライディング突起(900)は、
前記スライディング部材(300)から突出され、前記スライディング溝(101)に沿ってスライディングされ、外周縁には、外面から内側に傾いた傾斜面(911)が形成されたスライディング部(910)と、
前記結合孔(301)に結合されるように、前記スライディング部(910)から突設され、端には、前記結合孔(301)に挿入され、前記結合孔(301)の内側外周縁にかかる係止爪(921)が形成された結合部(920)と、からなることを特徴とする天井型ディスプレイ位置調節装置。 - 前記メインリンク(600)の前端が突出され、回転自在に切開部801が形成され、前記支持台(500)及び前記角度調節手段(700)を覆い包むように、前記スライディング部材(300)の下部に装着されるカバー部材800をさらに含む請求項1に記載の天井型ディスプレイ位置調節装置
- 前記昇降手段(400)は、
前記本体(100)内部に、上端が回転自在に結合されるリードスクリュー(410)と、
前記スライディング部材(300)の上端に結合され、前記リードスクリュー(410)の回転により、上下方向に昇降運動する昇降ユニット(420)と、
前記リードスクリュー(410)を回転させるメインモータ(430)と、を含むが、
前記メインモータ(430)が回転すれば、前記リードスクリュー(410)が回転しながら、前記昇降ユニット(420)が、前記リードスクリュー(410)に沿って昇降運動しながら、前記スライディング部材(300)を上下方向にスライディングさせ、前記ディスプレイ(T)を、前記天井(P)を基準に、上部または下部に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天井型ディスプレイ位置調節装置。 - 前記リードスクリュー(410)が挿入されるように、中空状に形成され、一側は、前記昇降ユニット(420)に装着され、他側は、前記スライディング部材(300)の下部に装着され、前記昇降ユニット(420)と共に昇降運動しながら、前記昇降ユニット(420)の下部に突出された前記リードスクリュー(410)を覆い包む保護管(440)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の天井型ディスプレイ位置調節装置。
