Description
図5は、青色バックライトユニット(BLU)で長時間照射したQDの樹脂フィルムの量子収率を示すプロットである(x軸には、時間が日で表されている)。上記の実施例1aで調製された単相のLMA樹脂中における緑色QDのQYは、正方形のデータポイント501で示されている。単相樹脂フィルムの初期QYは、訳60%であるが、QYは、照射の最初の週にて大幅に低下する。
Claims (10)
- 疎水性の第1高分子と、前記第1高分子中に分散した量子ドット(QD)ナノ粒子の集団とを含む第1相と、
親水性の第2高分子を含む第2相と、
を含む組成物であって、
前記組成物は、前記第1相及び前記第2相を含む硬化したエマルジョンであり、前記第1相と前記第2相は相分離しており、前記第1相でできたドメインが前記第2相中に分散している、組成物。 - 前記第1高分子はアクリレート樹脂である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記第2高分子はエポキシ樹脂である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記QDナノ粒子は、コアシェル型QDナノ粒子である、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の組成物。
- 前記QDナノ粒子は、カドミウムフリーなQDナノ粒子である、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の組成物。
- 前記QDナノ粒子は、InPベースのコアを含んでいる、請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の組成物。
- 前記第1高分子の屈折率と前記第2高分子の屈折率とは、約5%未満異なっている、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の組成物。
- 前記第1高分子の屈折率と前記第2高分子の屈折率とは、約1%未満異なっている、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の組成物を含むフィルム。
- 2つのガスバリアシートの間に配置された請求項9に記載のフィルムを備えるパネル。
