Description
Claims (7)
- ダンパーの複数個のブレードを開閉させるダンパー開閉器において、
前記ダンパーのダンパー軸が取り付けられ、前記ダンパー軸と共に回転する回転部;
前記回転部を回転させるための動力を提供する駆動部;および
前記ブレードの閉鎖動作時、前記駆動部にかかる負荷を測定し、測定された負荷が予め設定された値以上であれば、前記駆動部に供給される電力を遮断する制御部を含み、
前記回転部は、前記ダンパー軸が挿入される挿入孔が形成される回転軸;および、前記回転軸の周りに結合される回転プレートを含み、
前記ダンパー軸を前記回転軸に対して固定するためのクランプをさらに含み、前記クランプは、前記回転軸の一端部に締結されるクランピング治具;および、前記クランピング治具に取り付けられ、前記回転軸を前記クランピング治具に対して固定するクランピング環を含み、
前記クランプは、前記クランピング治具が前記回転軸から抜けないように前記クランピング治具を前記回転軸に対して固定するスナップリングをさらに含み、前記回転軸の一端部には、前記回転軸の長手方向に引き入れられる治具溝、および前記回転軸の中心方向に引き入れられるスナップリング溝が形成され、前記クランピング治具は、前記回転軸の周りを取り囲む環状部、および前記環状部の内側に突出して前記治具溝に安着する治具突起を含み、
前記スナップリングは、前記クランピング治具が前記回転軸の一端部に安着した状態で前記スナップリング溝に挿入されることを特徴とする、ダンパー開閉器。 - 前記制御部は、前記ブレードの閉鎖動作時、前記駆動部にかかる負荷が前記予め設定された値未満であれば、前記駆動部に供給される電力を持続的に維持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダンパー開閉器。
- 前記駆動部にかかる負荷は、前記駆動部で消耗される電流の大きさを示し、前記予め設定された値は、前記駆動部の最大許容電流の大きさに対する一定割合に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダンパー開閉器。
- 前記回転軸を挟んで両側に位置する一対の光センサを構成されるセンサ部をさらに含み、
前記回転軸には、前記挿入孔と交差する方向に貫通孔が形成され、
前記センサ部は、前記貫通孔が前記一対の光センサと並んで配置されると電気的な信号を生成し、
前記制御部は、前記センサ部から前記電気的な信号を受信すると前記駆動部に供給される電力を遮断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダンパー開閉器。 - 前記回転軸に前記ダンパー軸が挿入されて前記貫通孔が塞がると、前記貫通孔が前記一対の光センサと並んで配置されても電気的な信号を生成しないことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のダンパー開閉器。
- 前記回転プレートの回転軌跡上に位置し、前記ブレードの開放動作時、前記回転プレートの一端部と接触すると電気的な信号を生成するリミットスイッチをさらに含み、
前記制御部は、前記ブレードの開放動作時、前記リミットスイッチから前記電気的な信号を受信すると前記駆動部に供給される電力を遮断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダンパー開閉器。 - 請求項1によるダンパー開閉器を含むことを特徴とする、ダンパー。
