Claims (5)
- ゴミ焼却施設であって、
ゴミを焼却するゴミ焼却炉と、
前記ゴミ焼却炉から排出された排ガスを冷却するガス冷却部と、
前記ガス冷却部を通過した前記排ガス中の二酸化炭素を濃縮し、前記排ガスよりも高濃度の二酸化炭素を含む二酸化炭素濃縮ガスを生成するガス分離部と、
前記ゴミ焼却炉から排出された飛灰を捕集する集塵部と、
前記ガス分離部にて生成された前記二酸化炭素濃縮ガスを利用して、前記ゴミ焼却炉から排出された焼却主灰および前記飛灰を処理する灰処理部と、
を備え、
前記灰処理部が、前記焼却主灰を、前記二酸化炭素濃縮ガスが供給された洗浄液にて洗浄して前記焼却主灰の塩素除去処理を行う焼却主灰洗浄部を含み、
前記焼却主灰洗浄部が、
前記洗浄液に前記二酸化炭素濃縮ガスを供給するガス供給部と、
前記二酸化炭素濃縮ガスが供給された前記洗浄液を貯留し、前記洗浄液中に前記焼却主灰が投入されて洗浄される洗浄槽と、
前記洗浄槽内の前記洗浄液の一部を取り出し、前記洗浄槽へと戻す循環流路部と、
前記循環流路部を流れる前記洗浄液を一時的に貯留する一時貯留部と、
を備え、
前記ガス供給部が、前記一時貯留部に一時的に貯留された前記洗浄液に前記二酸化炭素濃縮ガスを供給するものであり、
前記焼却主灰洗浄部が、
前記循環流路部を流れる前記洗浄液から塩素を塩化物として除去する塩化物除去部と、
前記塩化物除去部から排出された前記塩化物を搬送して、前記集塵部から排出された前記飛灰に混合する塩化物搬送機構と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とするゴミ焼却施設。 - 請求項1に記載のゴミ焼却施設であって、
前記灰処理部が、前記飛灰に前記二酸化炭素濃縮ガスを混合して前記飛灰の炭酸化処理を行う飛灰炭酸化部を含むことを特徴とするゴミ焼却施設。 - 請求項2に記載のゴミ焼却施設であって、
前記飛灰炭酸化部が、
前記飛灰を収容する収容部と、
前記収容部内の前記飛灰に液体を供給する液体供給部と、
前記収容部内に前記二酸化炭素濃縮ガスを供給するガス充填部と、
前記液体が供給された前記飛灰を前記収容部内において撹拌する撹拌部と、
を備えることを特徴とするゴミ焼却施設。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のゴミ焼却施設であって、
前記ガス分離部が、圧力スイング吸着法により二酸化炭素を濃縮することを特徴とするゴミ焼却施設。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のゴミ焼却施設であって、
前記二酸化炭素濃縮ガスの二酸化炭素濃度が50体積%以上かつ99体積%以下であることを特徴とするゴミ焼却施設。
