Claims (11)
- 電池モジュールであって、
前記電池モジュールは、水平方向に沿って並べられる複数の電池セルと、前記複数の電池セルに電気的に接続される複数のバスバーとを含み、前記電池セルは、電極ユニットと電池ケースとを含み、前記電極ユニットは、前記電池ケース内に収容され、前記電極ユニットは、第1極シートと、第2極シートと、前記第1極シートと前記第2極シートとの間に設けられるセパレータとを含み、
前記電池モジュールの水平方向に沿うサイズは、前記電池モジュールの鉛直方向に沿うサイズよりも大きく、
前記電極ユニットは、巻回型構造であり、且つ扁平状をなし、前記電極ユニットの外面は、2つの扁平面を含み、2つの前記扁平面は、前記鉛直方向に沿って互いに向い合い、または、
前記電極ユニットは、積層シート型構造であり、前記第1極シートと前記セパレータと前記第2極シートとが前記鉛直方向に沿って積層され、
前記電池ケースは、2つの第1表面と2つの第2表面とを含み、
前記電池モジュールは、結束バンドと、2つのエンドプレートとをさらに含み、
前記結束バンドは、前記複数の電池セルの外周を取り囲み、2つの長辺と2つの短辺とを含み、前記長辺は、前記第1表面と互いに向い合い、前記水平方向に沿って延在し、前記短辺は、前記第2表面と互いに向い合い、前記鉛直方向に沿って延在し、
前記2つのエンドプレートは、前記複数の電池セルの前記水平方向に沿う両端にそれぞれ設けられ、前記結束バンドは、前記複数の電池セルと前記2つのエンドプレートの外周を取り囲み、
前記エンドプレートの前記電池セルから離間する表面には、結束バンド位置制限溝が設けられ、前記結束バンド位置制限溝は、前記鉛直方向に沿って延在し、前記結束バンドの前記短辺は、前記結束バンド位置制限溝内に収容され、または、
前記エンドプレートの内部には、結束バンド位置制限孔が設けられ、前記結束バンド位置制限孔は、前記鉛直方向に沿って延在し、前記結束バンドの前記短辺は、前記結束バンド位置制限孔を通過する、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1表面の面積は、前記第2表面の面積よりも大きく、前記電池セルのそれぞれにおける前記2つの第2表面は、前記水平方向に沿って互いに向い合い、前記電池セルのそれぞれにおける前記2つの第1表面は、前記鉛直方向に沿って互いに向い合う、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、複数の前記電極ユニットを有し、複数の前記電極ユニットは、前記鉛直方向に沿って積み重ねられる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールでは、前記鉛直方向に沿って積み重ねられる前記電池セルの層数は、1〜5層である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールでは、前記鉛直方向に沿って積み重ねられる前記電池セルの層数は、2層または3層である、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池ケースは、第3表面をさらに含み、2つの前記第1表面と2つの前記第2表面とは、共同して第3表面を取り囲み、前記第1表面の面積は、前記第3表面の面積よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、第1電極端子と第2電極端子とをさらに含み、前記第1電極端子と前記第2電極端子とは、何れも前記第3表面に設けられている、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 少なくとも2本の前記結束バンドを含み、前記結束バンドは、間隔をおいて分布される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールの水平方向に沿うサイズと前記電池モジュールの鉛直方向に沿うサイズとの比は、4以上である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池パックであって、
収納キャビティを有する筐体と、
前記収納キャビティ内に位置する複数の請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールとを有する、電池パック。 - 車両であって、
車両本体と、
前記車両本体に設けられる請求項10に記載の電池パックとを有する、車両。
