Claims (9)
- 出力部材と、
単一衝撃モード又は多衝撃モードの一方において前記出力部材に対する働き掛けを行うよう動作可能な駆動機構と、
アクチュエータであって、アクチュエータが押し下げられる時間の量に基づいて、前記駆動機構を前記単一衝撃モード又は前記多衝撃モードにおいてアクティブ化させる、アクチュエータと、
前記駆動機構の作動を制御するように動作可能なマイクロコントローラとを含み、
前記単一衝撃モードにおいて、前記駆動機構は、前記出力部材に対する単一の衝撃を生成するよう、単一の駆動サイクルのみに亘って作動させられ、前記多衝撃モードにおいて、前記駆動機構は、前記アクチュエータが解放されるまで、前記出力部材に対して複数の連続的な衝撃を加え続けるよう作動させられ、
前記マイクロコントローラは、前記アクチュエータの初期的な押下げに応答して、前記駆動機構を前記単一衝撃モードにおいて作動させるように構成され、
前記マイクロコントローラは、所定の量の時間の完了後に前記アクチュエータが押し下げられたままであるか否かを決定するように作動可能であり、
前記所定の量の時間の完了後に、前記アクチュエータが押し下げられたままであることが決定されるならば、前記単一衝撃モードにおいて前記駆動機構を作動させることから前記多衝撃モードにおいて前記駆動機構を作動させることに移行させるように作動可能である、
動力工具。 - 前記駆動機構は、
モータと、
該モータによって往復式に作動させられるネジ駆動装置と、
該ネジ駆動装置の出力に連結されるピストンとを含む、
請求項1に記載の動力工具。 - 前記駆動機構は、前記出力部材に衝撃を与えるために前記ピストンによって往復式に駆動される可動シリンダを更に含む、請求項2に記載の動力工具。
- 前記ピストンは、前記可動シリンダ内に配置され、前記ピストンは、前進方向において駆動されて、前記可動シリンダ内に真空を生成し、それは前記可動シリンダを前記出力部材に向かって加速する、請求項3に記載の動力工具。
- 前記可動シリンダは、前記可動シリンダ内で所定の真空が達成されるまで、固定位置において保持され、然る後、前記可動シリンダは解放されて、前記出力部材に向かって加速される、請求項4に記載の動力工具。
- 前記所定の量の時間は、約100ミリ秒〜約200ミリ秒の間である、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記出力部材に連結されるブローチを更に含む、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 前記アクチュエータは、磁性スイッチを含む、請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の動力工具を作動させる方法であって、
前記アクチュエータの初期的な作動に応答して、前記駆動機構を前記単一衝撃モードにおいて作動させること、
所定の量の時間の完了後に、前記アクチュエータが押し下げられたままであるか否かを決定すること、
前記所定の量の時間の完了後に、前記アクチュエータが押し下げられたままであることが決定されるならば、前記単一衝撃モードにおいて前記駆動機構を作動させることから前記多衝撃モードにおいて前記駆動機構を作動させることに移行させることを含む、
方法。
