Claims (13)
- 前方および後方に手術器具の動作を促すための外科用打撃器具であって、
前記外科用打撃器具は、
ガススプリングピストンを有するガススプリングを含むガススプリング組立体を備える駆動機構と、
反復可能かつ制御された接触力を生じさせるために、前記ガススプリング組立体を制御する制御回路と、
対象物と相互作用する前記手術器具を受け入れるように構成されたアダプタと、
前記アダプタと連結しており、前方衝撃面および後方衝撃面を有するアンビルと、
前記反復可能かつ制御された接触力を前記アンビルに提供し、前記ガススプリングピストンと接触することで移動する移動体であって、前記アンビルの前記前方衝撃面に接触することで、前記アダプタを前方に移動させると共に、前記アンビルの前記前方衝撃面に接触せずに、レバーアームに接触して、前記レバーアームが前記アンビルの前記後方衝撃面に接触することで、前記アダプタを後方に移動させる移動体と、
を含み、
前記アンビルの前記前方衝撃面に対する前記反復可能かつ制御された接触力の提供は、前方に前記アダプタを押し、
前記アンビルの前記後方衝撃面に対する前記反復可能かつ制御された接触力の提供は、後方に前記アダプタを押す、外科用打撃器具。 - ユーザの付勢力が前記外科用打撃器具に対して後方に加えられたとき、前記移動体が前記レバーアームに接触して、前記レバーアームが前記アンビルの前記後方衝撃面に接触して、前記後方衝撃面を後方に押す、請求項1に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記ガススプリング組立体は、カム、モータ、及びギヤボックスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記ガススプリングピストンと前記移動体との全移動質量に対するガススプリングピストン質量の比率が50%未満である、請求項1に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記ガススプリングの圧縮比率は50%未満である、請求項1に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記カムは、前記ガススプリングピストンを変位させるために使用される、請求項3に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記ガススプリングは、300から3000psiの範囲の圧力下で動作するガス室を含む、請求項1に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記移動体は、鋼で構成される発射質量を含む、請求項1に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記アダプタは、前記手術器具に解放可能に接続するように構成される、請求項1に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記カムは、前記移動体が前記前方衝撃面および前記後方衝撃面と接触する前に前記ガススプリングピストンと係合し、前記カムは、前記前方衝撃面および前記後方衝撃面へ前記反復可能かつ制御された接触力を加えるように前記移動体を押すために前記カムから前記ガススプリングピストンを解放させる、請求項3に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記移動体は、前記前方衝撃面および前記後方衝撃面と接触する前に前記ガススプリングピストンの面に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の打撃器具。
- 前記移動体は、前記前方衝撃面および前記後方衝撃面と少なくとも一部接触する間に、前記ガススプリングピストンの前記面から分離する、請求項11に記載の打撃器具。
- 前方および後方に手術器具の動作を促すための外科用打撃器具であって、
前記外科用打撃器具は、
ガススプリングピストンを有するガススプリングを含むガススプリング組立体で前記外科用打撃器具を駆動させる手段と、
反復可能かつ制御された接触力を生じさせるために、前記ガススプリング組立体を制御する制御回路と、
前記手術器具を受容するアダプタと、
前記アダプタと連結しており、前方衝撃面および後方衝撃面を有するアンビルと、
前記反復可能かつ制御された接触力を前記アンビルに提供し、前記ガススプリングピストンと接触することで移動する移動体であって、前記アンビルの前記前方衝撃面に接触することで、前記アダプタを前方に移動させると共に、前記アンビルの前記前方衝撃面に接触せずに、レバーアームに接触して、前記レバーアームが前記アンビルの前記後方衝撃面に接触することで、前記アダプタを後方に移動させる移動体と、
を含み、
前記アンビルの前記前方衝撃面に対する前記反復可能かつ制御された接触力の提供は、前方に前記アダプタを押し、
前記アンビルの前記後方衝撃面に対する前記反復可能かつ制御された接触力の提供は、後方に前記アダプタを押す、外科用打撃器具。
