Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つのモータスピンドルおよび少なくとも1つのカウンタースピンドルを備えた歯車製造機械用の加工ヘッドであって、
上記モータスピンドルと上記カウンタースピンドルとの間に、少なくとも1つの工具が設けられた工具アーバが取り付けられ、
上記モータスピンドル内に、少なくとも1つのバランス装置が設けられ、
上記カウンタースピンドル内に、少なくとも1つのバランス装置が設けられている
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1において、
各上記バランス装置は、全体が上記モータスピンドルまたは上記カウンタースピンドルのハウジング内に設けられ、かつ上記モータスピンドルのロータまたは上記カウンタースピンドルのシャフトに取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記モータスピンドルおよび/または上記カウンタースピンドルの上記バランス装置は、二面バランス装置である
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記バランス装置は、上記モータスピンドルおよび/または上記カウンタースピンドル内において、上記モータスピンドルまたは上記カウンタースピンドルのフロントスピンドル軸受の裏側または下方に配置されている
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項において、
上記モータスピンドルおよび/または上記カウンタースピンドルに、歯車製造加工の間の振動を記録するための少なくとも1つの振動センサが設けられ、
上記振動センサは、歯車製造機械の制御部と通信的に接続可能である
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項5において、
上記モータスピンドルおよび/または上記カウンタースピンドルの後端部に、上記バランス装置を調節するための信号送信機が設けられている
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項において、
上記カウンタースピンドルと上記モータスピンドルとの間の間隔は、上記工具または上記工具アーバの長さに応じて可変的に調節可能である
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項において、
小さな工具径を有する上記工具は、上記工具アーバに収容可能であり、
上記工具は、小さな研削ホイールおよび/または小さな研削ウォーム、および/または少なくとも1つの研削ウォームと少なくとも1つの研削ホイールとの組み合わせである
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記モータスピンドルは、8000rpm以上の回転速度で動作可能である
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項において、
上記バランス装置の構成要素は、上記工具アーバ内に全く配置されていない
ことを特徴とする加工ヘッド。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の加工ヘッドを備えた、歯車装置を研削するための歯車製造機械。
- 請求項11において、
上記歯車製造機械は、制御部を備え、
上記制御部は、上記加工ヘッドの信号送信機からの振動パラメータを受信し、受信した該振動パラメータおよび上記モータスピンドルの現在の回転速度および/または角度位置に応じて、研削工具のアンバランスを補償するように、少なくとも1つの上記バランス装置のための調整値を生成するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする歯車製造機械。
