Description
流量制御弁装置1は、ブロック11と、2つのスプール12L,12Rと、2つのアクチュエータ14L,14Rと、2つの付勢機構16L,16Rとを有している。ハウジングの一例であるブロック11は、例えばバルブブロックであり、少なくとも1つのスプール孔21が形成されている。スプール孔21は、予め定められた軸線L1に沿って延在している。また、ブロック11は、2つのタンクポート22L,22Rと、2つの給排ポート24L,24Rと、2つのポンプポート26L,26Rとが形成されており、これらの6つのポート22L〜26Rは、スプール孔21に開口している。
油圧シリンダー2を伸長させるべく、操作者が操作具を操作方向一方に操作すると、制御装置40は、操作された方向及び操作量(例えば、油圧又はセンサ値)を検出し、それらの応じた別々の電流を2つのアクチュエータ14L,14Rに流す。これにより、流量制御弁装置1が以下のように動く。
また、例えば、第2スプール12Rが第2中立位置で動かなくなった場合、第1アクチュエータ14Lが第1スプール12Lを軸線方向他方側、即ち第2スプール12Rに近づく方向に動かすと、やがて第1スプール12Lが第2スプール12Rに当接する。さらに、第1スプール12Lを軸線方向他方側に動かすことによって、第2スプール12Rを強制的に押し、第2スプール12Rが固着していることを解消することができる。第1スプール12Lが固着した場合も同様にして、第1スプール12Lが固着していることを解消することができる。
本実施形態の流量制御弁装置1は、油圧ショベルに適用した場合について説明したが、適用される産業機械は、油圧ショベルに限定されず、ホイルローダやクレーン等の油圧シリンダーを備える産業機械であればよい。また、流量制御弁装置1が適用される機器もまた、油圧シリンダーに限定されず、油圧モータ等の液圧機器であればよい。

Claims (7)
- 第1ポンプポートと、第2ポンプポートと、第1タンクポートと、第2タンクポートと、第1給排ポートと、第2給排ポートを有すると共に、これらのポート全てが開口するスプール孔とを有するハウジングと、
位置に応じて前記第1ポンプポート、前記第1タンクポート、及び前記第1給排ポートの接続状態を切換える第1スプールと、
前記第1ポンプポートと前記第1給排ポートとが接続される第1供給位置、及び前記第1タンクポートと前記第1給排ポートとが接続される第1排出位置の各々に前記第1スプールを移動させる第1アクチュエータと、
位置に応じて前記第2ポンプポート、前記第2タンクポート、及び前記第2給排ポートの接続状態を切換える第2スプールと、
前記第2ポンプポートと前記第2給排ポートとが接続される第2供給位置、及び前記第2タンクポートと前記第2給排ポートとが接続される第2排出位置の各々に前記第2スプールを移動させる第2アクチュエータとを備え、
前記第1スプール及び前記第2スプールは、1つの前記スプール孔に往復運動可能に挿入されており、
前記第1スプールおよび前記第2スプールは、それぞれ前記第1アクチュエータと前記第2アクチュエータによって互いに独立して制御可能であり、
前記第1スプールは、第1中立位置で、前記第1ポンプポート、前記第1タンクポート、及び前記第1給排ポートの各々を遮断し、
前記第2スプールは、第2中立位置で、前記第2ポンプポート、前記第2タンクポート、及び前記第2給排ポートの各々を遮断する、流量制御弁装置。 - 2つの前記ポンプポート、2つの前記タンクポート、前記第1給排ポート、及び前記第2給排ポートは、前記第1スプール及び前記第2スプールが所定方向一方に移動すると前記第1スプールが第1供給位置に位置し且つ前記第2スプールが第2排出位置に位置し、前記第1スプール及び前記第2スプールが所定方向他方に移動すると前記第1スプールが第1排出位置に位置し且つ前記第2スプールが第2供給位置に位置するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の流量制御弁装置。
- 前記第1及び第2スプールは、互いに近接させて前記スプール孔に配置されている、請求項2に記載の流量制御弁装置。
- 前記第1アクチュエータは、前記第1スプールを押し引きして前記第1スプールを往復運動させ、
前記第2アクチュエータは、前記第2スプールを押し引きして前記第2スプールを往復運動させ、
前記第1アクチュエータは、前記ハウジングの所定方向一方側に配置され、
前記第2アクチュエータは、前記ハウジングの所定方向他方側に配置されている、請求項2又は3に記載の流量制御弁装置。 - 前記第1アクチュエータの押し引きに抗して前記第1スプールを付勢する第1付勢機構と、
前記第2アクチュエータの押し引きに抗して前記第2スプールを付勢する第2付勢機構と、を備え、
前記第1付勢機構は、前記第1スプールを前記第1中立位置に付勢し、
前記第2付勢機構は、前記第2スプールを前記第2中立位置に付勢する、請求項4に記載の流量制御弁装置。 - 前記第1アクチュエータ及び前記第2アクチュエータは、直動電動アクチュエータである、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の流量制御弁装置。
- 前記第1スプール及び前記第2スプールは、互いに独立して移動するように構成されている、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の流量制御弁装置。
