Description
Claims (5)
- 少なくともサーモグラフィー画像を検出する装置であって、
前記サーモグラフィー画像を取得するために赤外線放射を感知可能であるサーマルカメラ(2)と、
内部に前記サーマルカメラ(2)が挿入される保護ケース(3)と、
を備え、
前記保護ケース(3)が、前記サーマルカメラ(2)による前記サーモグラフィー画像の取得を可能にする窓(4)を有しており、
前記装置が、
前記保護ケース(3)の外部に配置され、環境外乱から保護するよう前記窓(4)に重ねられる第一動作位置と前記サーマルカメラ(2)が前記サーモグラフィー画像を取得できるよう前記窓(4)からずらされる第二動作位置との間で移動可能であるスクリーン(5)と、
前記保護ケース(3)の外部にある入口(8)を有する前記保護ケース(3)の内部の圧搾空気供給システム(7)と、
を備える装置において、
前記圧搾空気供給システム(7)は、前記保護ケース(3)の内部で機能的に作用するとともに前記外部入口(8)に接続される、空気の調整・分配手段(12)を備え、
前記空気の調整・分配手段(12)は、前記外部入口に接続される複数のソレノイドバルブと前記ソレノイドバルブに接続される複数の導管とを備えており、
前記装置は、前記ソレノイドバルブの電子制御・命令ユニット(10)を備えており、
前記調整・分配手段(12)は、前記保護ケース(3)の内部に空気を吹き込み少なくとも前記サーマルカメラ(2)を冷却するための第一導管(13a,15)と、前記第一導管(13a,15)に空気を供給するために前記外部入口(8)と前記第一導管(13a,15)との間で機能的に作用する第一ソレノイド(13)と、を備え、
前記第一ソレノイド(13)は、前記第一導管(13a,15)が閉じられる第一動作構成と、前記第一導管(13a,15)を開かせ前記外部入口(8)と接続状態とする第二動作構成との間で移動可能であり、
前記電子制御・命令ユニット(10)は、前記第一ソレノイド(13)を前記第一動作構成と前記第二動作構成との間で制御するよう構成されており、
前記装置は、前記第一ソレノイド(13)と前記保護ケース(3)との間に配置されるボルテックスチューブ(14)と、
前記第一ソレノイド(13)に接続される前記ボルテックスチューブ(14)の加圧空気のための入口と、
前記第一導管(13a,15)に接続される前記ボルテックスチューブの冷却空気のための出口と、
を備えており、
前記ボルテックスチューブ(14)は、好ましくは前記保護ケース(3)の外部に配置されている検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の検出装置において、
前記保護ケース(3)の内部に配置されるとともに前記電子制御・命令ユニット(10)と接続される温度センサ(16)を備えており、
前記電子制御・命令ユニット(10)は、前記温度センサ(16)によって検出された温度値の関数として前記第一ソレノイド(13)を前記第一動作構成と前記第二動作構成との間で制御するよう構成されている検出装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の検出装置において、
前記第一動作位置と前記第二動作位置との間で前記スクリーン(5)を移動させるよう、前記スクリーン(5)を作動させるための空気モータ(6)を備え、
前記調整・分配手段(12)は、前記空気モータ(6)への供給を行うために前記空気モータ(6)に接続される少なくとも第二導管(19,20)と、前記第二導管(19,20)に空気を供給するために前記外部入口(8)と前記第二導管(19,20)の間で機能的に作用する少なくとも第二ソレノイド(17,18)と、を備えており、
前記第二ソレノイド(17,18)は、前記第二導管(19,20)が閉じられる第一動作構成と、前記第二導管(19,20)を開かせ前記外部入口(8)と接続状態とする第二動作構成との間で移動可能である検出装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一に記載の検出装置において、
前記圧搾空気供給システム(7)は、前記保護ケース(3)の内部に接続される、空気を吹き込むための第二入口(5a)を有するスクリーン(5)である前記スクリーン(5)と、前記保護ケース(3)の外部に空気を吹き出す出口(5b)と、を備え、
前記調整・分配手段(12)は、前記第二入口(5a)に接続される第三導管(22)と、前記スクリーン(5)に空気を供給するために前記第一の外部入口(8)と前記第三導管(22)との間で機能的に作用する第三ソレノイド(21)と、を備えており、
前記第三ソレノイド(21)は、前記第三導管(22)が閉じられる第一動作構成と、前記第三導管(22)を開かせ前記第一の外部入口(8)と接続状態とする第二動作構成との間で移動可能であり、
前記電子制御・命令ユニット(10)は、好ましくは前記第一動作位置にある前記スクリーン(5)における前記出口(5b)を通じて前記窓(4)に空気を吹き付けるよう、前記第三ソレノイド(21)を前記第一動作構成と前記第二動作構成との間で制御するよう構成されている検出装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一に記載の検出装置において、
前記サーマルカメラ(2)は焦点調節装置を備え、
前記検出装置は、前記サーマルカメラに用いられる前記焦点調節装置のための電動化部(2a)を備えており、
前記電子制御・命令装置(10)は前記電動化部(2a)を制御するよう構成されている検出装置。
