引言:
在模制品离开模制系统(即模制系统的下游)之后,存在多种检查模制品参数的方法与装置,然而这是事后方法,并且浪费时间。在对模制工艺进行调整之前,可能存在大量有缺陷的模制品。

模制结构包括配置成打开、闭合并且夹持模具120的模夹钳110;熔体制备装置140,其配置成制作并注入模制材料以在模具120中进行模制;模制材料分配器130,其配置成将模塑材料分配到模具120中。
对于本领域技术人员来说,模制结构的前述元件是公知的,并且在本文中对其不作详细描述。需要说明的是,模具120包括第一部分122和第二部分124,当两者闭合在一起时,限定出多个模制腔,在所述模制腔中,模制品(例如用于吹塑成容器的类型的预制件)是可模制的。第一部分122安装到模夹钳110的移动压板114。第二部分124安装到模制材料分配器130,该模制材料分配器130进而安装在模夹钳110的固定压板116上。在操作中,第一部分122相对于第二部分作往复运动,以通过移动压板114和固定压板116间的相对运动来打开和闭合模具120。模制材料制备装置140配置成制作(例如熔体)模制材料(未示出)并且通过熔体分配器130将模制材料注入到模具120的多个模制腔中。
模制后调节设备150包括取回装置158,其配置成在该过程中将模制品180从模具120取回并对模制品180进行热调节;辅助装置154,其配置成当模制品180在取回装置158中时对其进行热调节;空气调节机152,其配置成在使用中向辅助装置154供给热调节的空气,从而热调节模制品180;以及传送装置162,其配置成从辅助装置154接收模制品180以将该模制品传送到模制系统100的外部。
模制后调节设备150的前述元件对于本领域技术人员来说是公知的,并且在本文中对其不作详细描述。需要说明的是,取回装置158包括一组保持器160,在其中从模具120接收模制品180。在操作中,当从模具120进行传送模制品180时,模制品180在保持器160中被冷却。辅助装置154包括一组销156,在模制品180仍保留在取回装置158的保持器160中时,处理的空气可以从这组销排出以冷却模制品180的内部区域。照此,辅助装置154连接到在预定温度和流速下向其提供空气的空气调节机152。一旦模制品冷却到足以释放,就将其排出到传送装置162上以传送离开模制系统100。模制品180可以借助在模制系统的区域内的空气循环在传送装置162上继续冷却一段时间,所述时间相当于从模制系统传送该模制品所花费的时间。
视觉系统是已知的装置,因此在此不对其结构和操作进行描述。需要注意的是,视觉系统174包括通过其观测所关注模制品180的参数的一个或多个照相机175。视觉系统174还可包括控制器171,以执行对从照相机接收到的信息进行处理的步骤。可选地,视觉系统174的控制结构可在模制系统100的控制器170内实施。无论怎样,视觉系统174最终通过任何适宜装置连接到控制器170,从而与控制器170通讯模制品180的参数。视觉系统174的照相机175可定位成在模具(从顶部、底部和/或侧部)中或者在模制后调节设备150中的任何位置检测模制品180。例如,如图所示,视觉系统174可定位成当模制品180在传送装置162上时对其进行检测。在又一示例中,如参考图2所示,视觉系统174可定位成当模制品180在模具120上时对其进行检测。
如之前所提,控制器170可配置成参照模制品180的参数来控制模制结构。在此非限制性实施例中,可基于模制品180的参数来控制模夹钳110、熔体制备装置140、模制材料分配器130、取回装置158、辅助装置154、空气调节机152以及传送装置162中的一个或多个。
例如,控制器170可配置成基于模制品180的不在预定界限中的参数(例如,温度)来控制(通过控制与其相关联的驱动器164)传送装置162的速度。更具体地说,控制器170可配制成:如果温度过高可使传送装置162降速,而如果温度过低则使传送装置162加速。
在另一示例中,控制器170可配置成基于模制品180的参数(例如,温度)控制空气调节机的操作参数(例如流速、湿度、温度)。更具体地说,控制器170可配制成:如果温度过高则增大空气的流速,而如果温度过低则减小空气的流速。
在另一示例中,控制器170可配置成基于模制品180的参数来控制模制材料分配器130的操作参数。典型地,当注塑成型操作完成时且在模制品被排出之前,并不感测模制品的温度。因此,我们有可能使用视觉系统174来克服这些限制条件。机器视觉系统可以在模制品被排出之前测量这些制品的参数(例如温度),并且将信息发送给控制器170。
基于所述反馈,控制器170可发送指令以控制模制材料分配器130。例如,所述控制器可控制其中的阀浇口(未示出)来调节熔体平衡。所述控制器还可发送反馈给热流道控制器(未示出)来调节温度设定。控制器还能发送指令给模具120内的冷却回路以调节模具冷却温度。
通过基于从视觉系统174接收的反馈调整必要的过程参数,可以有效地控制所述过程以确保基本上无缺陷的模制品。
在另一个示例中,视觉系统174可配置成与选定的标准相比,判定模制中的模制品的颜色以确定该颜色是否在预定的规格内。如果存在差异,控制器170可相应地控制调色机141(图2)。
在另一个示例中,视觉系统174可配置成感测模具120中是否存在模制品并相应地控制调整或停止该模制系统100(即模具保护)。

Claims (7)
1.一种与模制系统(100)一起使用的控制结构,包括:
视觉系统(174),其配置成观测由所述模制系统(100)模制的模制品(180)的参数,用于控制所述模制系统的操作;
所述视觉系统(174)包括一个或多个照相机(175),其配置成将所述模制品(180)的观测参数提供到与所述视觉系统(174)相关联的控制器(171)和/或与所述模制系统(100)相关联的控制器(170),其中,所述控制器(170,171)中的一者或两者配置成参照所述模制品(180)的参数控制所述模制系统(100)的操作;
所述模制系统(100)包括以下中的一个或多个:
模夹钳(110),其被配置成打开、闭合并夹持模具(120),在所述模具中,所述模制品(180)是可模塑的;
熔体制备装置(140),其被配置成制备并注入模制材料以在所述模具(120)中进行模制;以及
模制材料分配器(130),其被配置成将所述模制材料分配至所述模具(120);
模制材料调色机(141);以及
模制后调节设备(150),其包括以下中的一个或多个:
取回装置(158),其被配置成从所述模具(120)取回所述模制品(180)并且热调节所述模制品(180);
辅助装置(154),其被配置为当所述模制品(180)在所述取回装置(158)中对其进行热调节;
空气调节机(152),其被配置为在使用中将热调节的空气供给到所述辅助装置(154)以热调节所述模制品(180);以及
传送装置(162),其被配置为从所述辅助装置(154)接收所述模制品(180)以将其传送到所述模制系统(100)的外部;
其中,所述控制器(170)配置为基于所述模制品(180)的温度对所述空气调节机(152)的操作参数进行控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制结构,其中:
其中所述空气调节机的所述操作参数是空气的流速。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控制结构,其中:
所述控制器(170)被配置成:在所述温度过高时增加空气流速,并且在所述温度过低时减小空气流速。
4.一种用于控制模制系统(100)的操作的方法,包括:
使用视觉系统(174)观测在所述模制系统(100)中模制的模制品(180)的参数;
参考所述模制品(180)的所述参数控制所述模制系统(100);
所述模制品(180)的参数是下述其中之一:
选定尺寸;
温度;
颜色;和/或
存在或不存在;
所述模制系统(100)包括:
模夹钳(110),其配置成打开、闭合并且夹持模具(120);
熔体制备装置(140),其配置成制作并注入模制材料以在所述模具(120)中进行模制;以及
模制材料分配器(130),其配置成将所述模制材料分配到所述模具(120);
模制材料调色机(141),其用于控制要模制的所述模制材料的颜色;
所述模制后调节设备(150)包括:
取回装置(158),其配置成从所述模具(120)取回所述模制品(180)并热调节所述模制品(180);
辅助装置(154),其配置成在所述模制品(180)在所述取回装置(158)中时热调节所述模制品(180);
空气调节机(152),其配置成在使用时将热调节的空气供给到所述辅助装置(154)以用于热调节所述模制品(180);和
传送装置(162),其配置成从所述辅助装置(154)接收所述模制品(180)以用于将其传送到所述模制系统(100)外部;
其中,所述的参考所述模制品(180)的所述参数控制所述模制结构的步骤包括:基于模制品(180)的温度来控制所述空气调节机(152)的操作参数。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中:
在所述模制品(180)位于以下装置之一中时,通过对其检查来执行所述的使用所述视觉系统(174)观测所述模制品(180)的参数的步骤,所述装置为:
所述模制系统(100)的模具(120),在所述模具中对所述模制品(180)进行模制;和
所述模制系统(100)的模制后调节设备(150),在去除所述模具后,所述模制品(180)在所述模制后调节设备内进行热调节。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中:
其中所述视觉系统(174)配置成:当所述模制品(180)在所述传送装置(162)上时对其进行检查。
7.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中:
所述空气调节机(152)的操作参数是所述空气的流速,并且所述的参考所述模制品(180)的温度控制所述空气调节机(152)的步骤包括:
确定所述模制品(180)的温度是否在事先确定的界限之内;并且
在所述温度过高时,增加所述流速,并且在温度过低时,减少所述流速。
