Claims (8)
- 複数の電極が積層された積層体と、
前記積層体を包んで前記積層体に拘束力を付加する拘束部、及び前記拘束部の端部同士を溶着してなる結合部を有する包装部材と、
を備え、
前記結合部は、前記包装部材の外周縁に対し、前記外周縁寄りに位置する外側溶着部と、前記外側溶着部よりも前記積層体側に位置する内側溶着部とを有し、
少なくとも前記内側溶着部は、前記結合部の内部に埋没するように設けられている、
電極組立体。 - 前記内側溶着部と、前記外側溶着部とのそれぞれは、前記結合部に沿って点在して設けられている、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記外側溶着部は、前記結合部の内部に埋没するように設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記外側溶着部は、前記結合部において前記包装部材の表面に露出している、請求項1又は2に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
を備える蓄電装置。 - 複数の電極を積層して積層体を形成する第1工程と、
前記積層体を樹脂製フィルムで包む第2工程と、
前記樹脂製フィルムの端部同士の接合部を、前記樹脂製フィルムの外周縁に近い外側溶着部と、前記積層体に近い内側溶着部とで溶着する第3工程と、
を備え、
前記第3工程では、超音波溶着法によって、前記接合部の内部に埋没する前記内側溶着部を形成する、
電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記第3工程では、超音波溶着法によって、前記接合部の内部に埋没する前記外側溶着部を形成する、請求項6に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記第3工程では、前記内側溶着部及び外側溶着部のそれぞれを前記接合部に沿って点在して形成する、請求項6又は7に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
