Claims (13)
- 位置測定エンコーダー装置のためのリードヘッドを含む測定デバイスを製造する方法であって、前記リードヘッドは少なくとも1つのセンサーを含み、前記方法は、
前記センサーからの出力を使用して前記リードヘッドの少なくとも1つのコンポーネントおよび前記少なくとも1つのセンサーをお互いに対して位置決めするステップであって、前記センサーからの出力を使用して、前記センサーおよび/または前記少なくとも1つのコンポーネントの相対的な場所を微調整することを含むステップ
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのコンポーネントは、光学コンポーネントを含み、前記方法は、前記センサーを保持しおよび移動させるアクチュエーターと、前記センサーからの前記出力を使用して、前記センサーの位置決めをするように前記アクチュエーターの運動を制御するプロセッサーデバイスと、を含む製造装置の使用を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記光学コンポーネントは、レンズを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学コンポーネントは、回折格子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記製造装置は、前記アクチュエーターによってそれが保持されるときに前記センサーに電気的に接続するための、少なくとも1つの電気コネクターを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アクチュエーターは、前記少なくとも1つの電気コネクターを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アクチュエーターは、前記コンポーネントに係合するための少なくとも1つのグリッパーを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのグリッパーのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記少なくとも1つの電気コネクターを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記センサーは、プリント回路基板(「PCB」)の上に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アクチュエーターは、前記コンポーネントに係合するための少なくとも1つのグリッパーを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのグリッパーおよび少なくとも1つの電気コネクターは、前記PCBに対抗して同じ方向に付勢されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのグリッパーおよび少なくとも1つの電気コネクターは、前記PCBを横切って横方向に付勢されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記センサーは、一連のマーキングを含むスケールを読み取るのに適切であり、前記センサーの前記出力は、前記リードヘッドおよびスケールの相対位置を決定する際に使用するために構成されており、前記方法は、前記センサーがキャリブレーションアーチファクトを検出することができるように、前記キャリブレーションアーチファクトを設置するステップと、前記センサーからの前記出力を使用して、前記センサーおよび/または光学コンポーネントの相対的な場所を微調整するステップとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記センサーは、干渉縞を検出するためのフォトディテクターのアレイを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記センサーは、干渉縞の異なる位相を検出するための、交互配置で組み合わされたフォトディテクターの2つ以上のセットを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
