Claims (6)
- シール装置(6)を有する遠心ポンプであって、前記シール装置(6)は、非回転要素(9)と回転要素(10)を有し、前記非回転要素(9)と前記回転要素(10)との間に間隙(S)が形成されており、少なくとも1つの要素(9,10)は、移動可能に取り付けられた可動体(11)を有し、前記可動体(11)は、前記間隙に面して配置され、前記可動体(11)は、転動のための外面を有する、遠心ポンプにおいて、
前記可動体(11)は、構造部(12)内に形状嵌合によって埋設され、前記可動体(11)の一部が前記構造部(12)に形成された空洞内に配置され、前記可動体(11)の他の部分が前記間隙(S)に向かって突出するように構成されており、
前記可動体(11)は、ピン(13)によって相互接続され、
前記遠心ポンプの始動中又は停止中に生じ得るように前記間隙(S)の寸法が減少した場合に、前記可動体(11)の転動によって、前記要素(9,10)の摩耗現象が阻止されるようになっていることを特徴とする、遠心ポンプ。 - 前記可動体(11)は、中実のボールまたはローラとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 少なくとも1つの要素(9,10)は、ハニカム及び/又はセル構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1また2に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記要素(9,10)及び前記可動体(11)は、同一材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記要素(9,10)及び前記可動体(11)は、造形プロセスによって一緒に作製されるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記可動体(11)は、前記要素(9,10)の内側及び/又は外側を支持するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の遠心ポンプ。
