Claims (7)
- 溶加棒(R)を保持するための本体(27)と、
前記本体(27)に取り付けられて、溶接中に前記溶加棒(R)を進めるように構成された送り装置(19)と、
前記送り装置(19)に作用して、前記溶加棒(R)の速度を調整するように構成された制御装置(6)とを備え、
前記制御装置(6)が、
送り速度値(Fv)に比例する送り速度信号(Sv)を送るように構成された処理モジュール(8)と、
前記送り装置(19)に接続され、前記送り速度信号「Sv」によって指令されたように前記送り装置(19)を動作させるように構成された作動モジュール(14)と
を含み、
前記処理モジュール(8)と結び付いた制御インターフェース(32)であって、溶接作業者が指令するように送り速度信号(Sv)を増減するために、前記処理モジュール(8)に指令信号(Cv)を送るように構成された制御インターフェース(32)と、
溶接作業者が手でつかむための把手(28)と、をさらに備え、
前記制御インターフェース(32)が前記把手(28)に配置されたボタン(33)を含み、
前記ボタン(33)が、所定のレベルの前記送り速度信号(Sv)で、溶接作業者に触感フィードバックを与えるように構成された、ハンドリング装置(18)。 - 前記送り装置(19)が、前記本体(27)に取り付けられたホイール(30)を含み、
前記ホイール(30)の縁が前記溶加棒(R)と接触して配置されて、前記ホイール(30)の回転によって前記溶加棒(R)を前記本体(27)の長手方向軸(B)に沿って動かすように構成された、請求項1記載のハンドリング装置(18)。 - 前記送り装置(19)が、前記溶加棒(R)を動かすために前記ホイール(30)に接続されたモータ(31)をさらに含む、請求項2記載のハンドリング装置(18)。
- 前記送り装置(19)が、前記溶加棒(R)用の電磁作動装置を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のハンドリング装置(18)。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のハンドリング装置(18)と、
溶接用具(2)であって、
該溶接用具(2)の本体(20)と、
前記溶接用具(2)の前記本体(20)に取り付けられて、溶接作業者がつかむように構成された把手(21)と
を含む溶接用具(2)と、
TIG溶接を実行するための、前記溶接用具(2)の前記本体(20)に取り付けられた非消耗電極(3)と、
前記非消耗電極(3)を前記溶接用具(2)の前記溶接用具(2)の前記本体(20)に対して前後に動かすために前記非消耗電極(3)と結び付いた調節装置(4)とを含むアーク溶接キット(1)であって、
前記ハンドリング装置(18)の制御装置(6)が、前記調節装置(4)に接続され、前記非消耗電極(3)と溶接箇所との間の距離を実質的に一定に保つように前記調節装置(4)に作用するように構成された、アーク溶接キット(1)。 - 溶接マスク(9)を含む溶接支援装置と、
前記溶接マスクに取り付けられ、前記非消耗電極(3)と前記溶接箇所との間の溶接速度(W)、電圧(V)、電流(A)それぞれから選択された溶接作業の少なくとも1つの性能の表示を示すように配置された可視化装置(15)と
をさらに含む、請求項5記載のアーク溶接キット(1)。 - 前記溶接マスク(9)がさらに、前記溶接マスク(9)に取り付けられた溶接速度センサ(11)を含み、
前記溶接速度センサ(11)が、溶接速度(Wa)を検出するように構成され、
前記可視化装置(15)が、前記溶接速度(Wa)および生じる熱入力の表示を溶接作業者に示すように配置された、請求項6記載のアーク溶接キット(1)。
