Claims (9)
- 溶接作業者によって溶接箇所の溶接作業が行われる際に用いられる溶接マスク(9)と、
前記溶接マスク(9)に取り付けられ、前記溶接作業における溶接速度(Wa)を検出するように構成された溶接速度センサ(11)と、
前記溶接マスク(9)に取り付けられ、前記溶接速度(Wa)及び前記溶接作業において生じる熱入力に関する表示を前記溶接作業者に示すように配置された可視化装置(15)と
を含む溶接支援装置であって、
前記溶接速度センサ(11)が、
前記溶接箇所を向くように前記溶接マスク(9)に配置され、自身に対する前記溶接作業における溶接池の速度を検出するように構成された第1の光学センサ(12a)と、
前記第1の光学センサ(12a)とは別に、前記溶接マスク(9)に配置され、固定した基準に対する自身の速度を検出するべく前記固定した基準を向くように配置された、第2の光学センサである基準フレームセンサ(12b)と、
前記第1の光学センサ(12a)によって検出された速度と前記基準フレームセンサ(12b)によって検出された速度との差として前記溶接速度(Wa)を計算するように構成された速度計算モジュール(13)と
を含んでいて、前記溶接速度(Wa)の値を示す溶接速度信号(Ws)を送出するように構成されており、さらに
当該溶接支援装置は、前記溶接速度信号(Ws)を取得するように構成されたデータ取得モジュール(7)を含む制御装置(6)と、
前記溶接速度(Wa)と前記溶接速度に対する目標速度(Wt)との速度差(Wa−Wt)を計算するように構成された処理モジュール(8)と
を含んでおり、ここに、
前記処理モジュール(8)は、前記計算の結果の速度差を示す速度差信号(Dw)を送出するように構成されており、かつ、
前記可視化装置(15)は、前記送出された速度差信号(Dw)を取得し、前記速度差(Wa−Wt)の表示を前記溶接作業者に示すように構成されている
溶接支援装置。 - 前記溶接マスク(9)が、前記溶接作業者用の遮光窓(10)を含み、
前記可視化装置(15)が、前記溶接マスク(9)の内側に配置され、好ましくは、前記遮光窓(10)の一方の側に配置された
請求項1記載の溶接支援装置。 - 前記可視化装置(15)が、前記溶接マスク(9)の内側であってかつ前記遮光窓(10)の一方の側に配置された
請求項2記載の溶接支援装置。 - 前記可視化装置が、複数のLED(26)を含む
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の溶接支援装置。 - 前記LEDが、十字状に配置され、前記溶接作業の実行に関する指示を前記溶接作業者に与えるべく光るように構成された
請求項4記載の溶接支援装置。 - 前記処理モジュール(8)が、溶接電圧(Vw)と目標電圧(Vt)との間の電圧差を計算し、当該計算された電圧差の結果を示す電圧差信号(Dv)を送るように構成され、
前記可視化装置(15)が、前記電圧差信号(Dv)を取得し、前記電圧差の表示を溶接作業者に示すように構成されている
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の溶接支援装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の溶接支援装置と、溶接作業者が掴むように構成された溶接用具(2)とを含むアーク溶接キット(1)であって、
前記溶接用具(2)が電極(3)を含み、前記溶接用具(2)が電圧センサ(5)を含み、前記電圧センサ(5)が、前記電極(3)と前記溶接箇所との間の溶接電圧(Vw)を検出して、前記溶接電圧(Vw)の値を示す電圧信号(Vs)を送るように構成された、
アーク溶接キット(1)。 - 前記電極(3)が、SMAW溶接を実行するための消耗品である、
請求項7記載のアーク溶接キット(1)。 - 前記電極(3)が、TIG溶接を実行するための非消耗品である、
