Description
(1)鉄鉱石粉と石灰含有原料とを混合して混合粉とし、
炭材核と前記混合粉とを含む造粒原料を造粒することで、前記炭材核の周囲を前記混合粉で被覆させた炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法であって、前記造粒原料に対する炭材核の配合割合を1質量%以上10質量%以下にすることを特徴とする、炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法。
(2)前記炭材核は、粒径が3mm以上10mm未満のコークス粒子であることを特徴とする、(1)に記載の炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法。
(3)前記石灰含有原料は、生石灰、石灰石およびドロマイトのいずれか1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、(1)または(2)に記載の炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法。
(4)前記混合粉におけるCaO含有量が12質量%以下になるように前記鉄鉱石粉と前記石灰含有原料を配合することを特徴とする、(1)から(3)のいずれか1つに記載の炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法。
(5)(1)から(4)のいずれか1つに記載の炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法で炭材内装造粒粒子を製造し、前記炭材内装造粒粒子に通常の造粒粒子を配合して焼結原料とし、前記焼結原料を下方吸引式焼結機のパレットに装入して焼結することを特徴とする、炭材内装塊成鉱の製造方法。

Claims (4)
- 鉄鉱石粉と石灰含有原料とを混合して混合粉とし、
炭材核と前記混合粉とを含む造粒原料を造粒することで、前記炭材核の周囲を前記混合粉で被覆させた、前記炭材核を有する塊成鉱の製造に用いる炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法であって、
前記造粒原料に対する前記炭材核の配合割合は2.0質量%以上5.0質量%以下であり、
前記炭材核は、粒径が3mm以上10mm未満のコークス粒子であることを特徴とする、炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法。 - 前記石灰含有原料は、生石灰、石灰石およびドロマイトのいずれか1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法。
- 前記混合粉におけるCaO含有量が12質量%以下になるように前記鉄鉱石粉と前記石灰含有原料を配合することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の炭材内装造粒粒子の製造方法で炭材内装造粒粒子を製造し、前記炭材内装造粒粒子に炭材核を内装させていない通常の造粒粒子を配合して焼結原料とし、前記焼結原料を下方吸引式焼結機のパレットに装入して焼結することを特徴とする、炭材内装塊成鉱の製造方法。
