Description
Claims (6)
- 複数種類の液体を混合する液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)であって、
シリンダ(50)と、
前記シリンダ(50)内に複数種類の液体を貯留可能な貯留室(51)が形成されるように前記シリンダ(50)内に摺動自在に配設されたピストン(52)と、
前記貯留室(51)内に設けられて前記貯留室(51)内の複数種類の液体を撹拌可能な撹拌部材(60、90)と、
前記貯留室(51)内の空気を外部に排出可能な空気排出部(44a)と、を備え、
前記空気排出部(44a)は、前記貯留室(51)を構成する前記シリンダ(50)の内周面(50b)のうち最も上方に位置する部分に設けられ、
前記シリンダ(50)は、軸線が略水平に位置するように配置され、
前記空気排出部(44a)は、前記貯留室(51)を構成するとともに前記ピストン(52)とは反対側に位置する前記シリンダ(50)の端面(50a)の近傍に位置し、
前記撹拌部材(60、90)は、前記シリンダ(50)の前記端面(50a)の近傍に設けられ、
前記シリンダ(50)の前記内周面(50b)のうち前記撹拌部材(60、90)に対向する部位には、前記貯留室(51)内に液体を供給させるための供給部(42)が設けられ、
前記供給部(42)と前記撹拌部材(60、90)との間には、壁部(102)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)。 - 請求項1記載の液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)において、
前記空気排出部(44a)は、排気通路(46a)内と前記貯留室(51)内とが互いに連通した開状態と、前記排気通路(46a)内と前記貯留室(51)内との連通が遮断された閉状態とに切り換え可能に構成された開閉弁である、
ことを特徴とする液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)。 - 請求項1又は4に記載の液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)において、
前記貯留室(51)内を構成する前記シリンダ(50)の内周面(50b)には、前記貯留室(51)内の空気を前記空気排出部(44a)に導くための案内凹部(104)が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)。 - 請求項1、4、5のいずれか1項に記載の液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)において、
前記撹拌部材(60、90)は、
前記ピストン(52)の軸線方向に沿って延在した回転軸(64)と、
前記回転軸(64)から径方向外方に延出した羽根部(66、92)と、を有し、
前記空気排出部(44a)は、前記羽根部(66、92)に対して前記回転軸(64)の径方向外方に位置する、
ことを特徴とする液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)。 - 複数種類の液体を混合する液体混合装置(10、10a、10b)を用いた液体混合方法であって、
シリンダ(50)の貯留室(51)内に複数種類の液体を導入する導入工程と、
前記貯留室(51)内に設けられた撹拌部材(60、90、96)により前記貯留室(51)内の複数種類の液体を撹拌する混合工程と、を行い、
前記導入工程では、前記シリンダ(50)に設けられた空気排出部(44a)により前記貯留室(51)内の空気を外部に排出する空気排出工程を行い、
前記導入工程では、1種類目の液体を前記貯留室(51)内に導入する際に前記空気排出工程を行い、2種類目以降の液体を前記貯留室(51)内に導入する際には前記空気排出工程を行わない、
ことを特徴とする液体混合方法。 - 請求項8記載の液体混合方法において、
前記空気排出工程では、前記貯留室(51)内の容積が拡大する方向にピストン(52)を移動させて前記貯留室(51)内に1種類目の液体を導入した後で、前記貯留室(51)内の1種類目の液体が前記空気排出部(44a)に導入されるように前記貯留室(51)内の容積が縮小する方向に前記ピストン(52)を移動させる、
ことを特徴とする液体混合方法。
