Claims (7)
- モル%で、Ge 0〜32%(ただし0%を含まない)、Te 30〜80%、S 3〜60%、As 0〜10%、Ga+Sn+Ag+Cu+Bi+Sb 0〜30%、及びF+Cl+Br+I 0〜25%を含有することを特徴とする赤外線透過ガラス。
- Cd、Tl及びPbを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- Ag、SnまたはCuを0〜30%(ただし0%を含まない)含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- 厚み2mmでの赤外吸収端波長が20μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- カルコゲナイドガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の赤外線透過ガラスを用いたことを特徴とする光学素子。
- 請求項6に記載の光学素子を用いたことを特徴とする赤外線センサー。
