Description
保管時の固形化防止のため保冷が必要である等、この取扱いの観点から機器運用等のコストが高くなる。
1.使用材料
セメント:太平洋セメント社製中庸熱ポルトランドセメント(以下、MPC)
硫酸ナトリウム:関東化学製特級硫酸ナトリウム
シリカフューム:エジプト産フェロシリコン副産シリカフューム(以下、SF)
分散剤:ラサ工業社製ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム(以下、SHMP)
水:イオン交換水
模擬廃液を、硫酸ナトリウム30重量%となるようにイオン交換水を用いて調製した。硫酸ナトリウム等の配合等は表1のとおりである。
表2は、7日材齢の硬化体の生成物(未水和ビーライト以外)を示した。
Claims (6)
- 硫酸ナトリウムを乾燥状態換算で100重量部と、水分を130〜400重量部含有するように水分調整をした放射性廃棄物含有放射性廃液を32℃以上に加温し、前記放射性廃液に対して、シリカフューム30〜90重量部、ヘキサメタリン酸ソーダ0.3〜5.2重量部、及びセメント170〜230重量部を混合して固化することを特徴とする放射性廃棄物の固化処理方法。
- 硫酸ナトリウムを乾燥状態換算で100重量部と、水分を169〜312重量部含有するように水分調整をした放射性廃棄物含有放射性廃液を32℃以上に加温し、前記放射性廃液に対して、シリカフューム42〜83重量部、ヘキサメタリン酸ソーダ0.5〜3.9重量部、及びセメント177〜218重量部を混合して固化することを特徴とする放射性廃棄物の固化処理方法。
- 硫酸ナトリウムを乾燥状態換算で100重量部と、水分を195〜260重量部含有する
ように水分調整をした放射性廃棄物含有放射性廃液を32℃以上に加温し、前記放射性廃液に対して、シリカフューム52〜78重量部、ヘキサメタリン酸ソーダ0.8〜2.6重量部、及びセメント182〜208重量部を混合して固化することを特徴とする放射性廃棄物の固化処理方法。 - 前記ヘキサメタリン酸ソーダを予め前記セメントに含ませておき、前記混合を32℃以上の温度に保持する請求項1乃至3のいずれかの放射性廃棄物の固化処理方法。
- 前記セメントは、中庸熱ポルトランドセメント、又は低熱ポルトランドセメントであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの放射性廃棄物の固化処理方法。
- 処分容器中の前記混合して固化することを35℃以上の温度で、養生しておこなうことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかの放射性廃液の固化処理方法。
