Claims (1)
- 医療機器に組み込まれて使用される操作ワイヤの製造方法であって、
径が1mm以下のワイヤ本体を準備する工程と、
前記ワイヤ本体の先端近傍の側面に第1マスク層を形成する工程と、
前記第1マスク層の両側の前記ワイヤ本体側面に第2マスク層を形成する工程と、
前記第1マスク層を除去する工程と、
前記第1マスク層が除去された部分にめっき層を形成する工程と、
前記第2マスク層を除去する工程と、
前記ワイヤ本体および前記めっき層の先端側を切断して所定の長さの係止部を形成する工程と、
を有する操作ワイヤの製造方法。
