Description
Claims (9)
- 一面に第1方向に平行なプリズムが複数個形成された第1プリズムシートと、
上記第1プリズムシートの光が出射される面側に位置され、一面に上記第1方向と交差する方向の第2方向に互いに平行なプリズムが複数個形成された第2プリズムシートと、
上記第1プリズムシートの光が入射される面側に位置され、上記第1プリズムシートに向かう面に突起部が形成された拡散シートと、
を含み、
上記第1プリズムシートの光が入射される第1入射面に、上記第1入射面から上記拡散シートに向かってふくらんだ第1凹凸が形成されており、
上記第2プリズムシートの光が入射される第2入射面に、上記第2入射面から上記第1プリズムシートに向かってふくらんだ第2凹凸が形成されており、
上記拡散シートの上記突起部が上記第1プリズムシートの上記第1凹凸と接触しており、
上記第1プリズムシートが上記第2プリズムシートの上記第2凹凸と接触しており、
上記第1凹凸は、上記第1プリズムシートとは別の部材であり、上記第1プリズムシートと上記拡散シートとを接着し、
上記第2凹凸は、上記第2プリズムシートとは別の部材であり、上記第2プリズムシートと上記第1プリズムシートとを接着する光学シート。 - 上記突起部は、
上記第1プリズムシートに向かう面に複数個形成された第1突起と、
上記第1プリズムシートに向かう面に、上記第1突起より高く形成されている第2突起と、
を含み、前記第2突起が上記第1プリズムシートの上記第1凹凸と接触している、請求項1に記載の光学シート。 - 上記第2突起は接着性物質からなり、上記第1プリズムシートと上記拡散シートを接着して固定させるように形成されている、請求項2に記載の光学シート。
- 上記拡散シートと上記第1プリズムシートとの間には、上記第1突起と上記第1プリズムシートとの間に空気層が形成されている、請求項2に記載の光学シート。
- 上記第2突起の幅は上記第1突起の幅より狭く形成されている、請求項2に記載の光学シート。
- 上記第2突起の端は尖った形を有する、請求項2に記載の光学シート。
- 上記第1凹凸は接着性物質からなり、上記第2突起と接触して上記第2突起を固定させることによって上記第1プリズムシートと上記拡散シートを接着して固定するように形成されている、請求項2に記載の光学シート。
- 上記空気層の厚さは5〜10μmである、請求項4に記載の光学シート。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の光学シートを備えたバックライトユニット。
