Claims (11)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するための電池缶と、
前記電池缶に塗布される塗布部と
を含み、
前記電池缶は、前記電池缶の他の領域に比べ相対的に薄い厚さを有するスリム部を含み、
前記塗布部は前記スリム部上に塗布され、前記スリム部より低い引張強度を有する金属材質でなる
二次電池。 - 前記電池缶は、
前記電池缶の上部に備えられ内側に湾入された形状を有するビーディング部を含み、
前記スリム部及び前記塗布部は、前記ビーディング部の下部に備えられる
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スリム部及び前記塗布部は、前記ビーディング部と前記電池缶の中央部の間に備えられる
請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スリム部の厚さ及び前記塗布部の厚さの和は、前記電池缶の他の領域の厚さと同一である
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スリム部は、互いに異なる方向に延長された少なくとも2個以上の面が交差する形態を有する
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スリム部は、互いに異なる方向に延長された少なくとも2個以上の面が放射状に交差する形態を有する
請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記少なくとも2個以上の面が交差する領域の厚さが、前記交差する領域を除いた領域の厚さに比べ薄く形成される
請求項5または6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電池缶で前記スリム部以外の隣接した他の領域の厚さに対する前記スリム部の厚さの比が0.6から0.7である、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スリム部の厚さは0.09〜0.11mm範囲内であり、
前記電池缶で前記スリム部と隣接した他の領域の厚さは0.14から0.16mm範囲内である、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記塗布部は、アルミニウム材質である
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スリム部の引張強度に対する前記塗布部の引張強度の比は0.5から0.7である、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
