Claims (9)
- 車両、特に自動車のブレーキシステムのためのアクチュエータ装置(1)であって、回転可能に支承された軸(5)に相対回動不能に配置された回転子(9)を有する、少なくとも1つの電子的に整流された電動機(7)と、前記回転子(9)の回転位置を検出するための少なくとも1つの回転角度センサ(13)とを備えており、前記軸(5)が、前記電動機(7)によって駆動される少なくとも1つの消費器(3)に接続されている形式のものにおいて、
前記回転角度センサ(13)が、前記消費器(3)に対応配設された、前記軸(5)の端部(16)に対応配設されていて、
パワーエレクトロニクスである電子制御回路(11)が設けられており、該パワーエレクトロニクスが少なくとも1つのプリント配線板(12)を有していて、前記プリント配線板(12)が、前記軸(5)の前記端部(16)に向き合って配置されていて、
前記プリント配線板(12)がハウジング(2)内に配置されていて、該ハウジング(2)内に複数の操作可能な弁(6)が配置されており、前記端部(16)に向き合う前記プリント配線板(12)の面に設けられた固定箇所(14)に固定された前記回転角度センサ(13)が前記弁(6)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、車両のためのアクチュエータ装置。 - 前記弁(6)が電磁弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記消費器(3)が前記電動機(7)と前記回転角度センサ(13)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記回転角度センサ(13)が、前記軸(5)の前記端部(16)において前記軸(5)の端面(15)に向き合って配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記軸(5)の前記端部(16)に、少なくとも1つの回転角度信号発信器(17)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記軸(5)の前記端面(15)に、少なくとも1つの回転角度信号発信器(17)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記回転角度センサ(13)が前記プリント配線板(12)上に配置され、はんだ付けされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記消費器(3)が液圧ポンプ(3)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 車両、特に自動車のためのブレーキシステムであって、少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキと、該ホイールブレーキを操作するための少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ装置(1)とを有している形式のものにおいて、
前記アクチュエータ装置(1)が、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に従って構成されていることを特徴とする、車両のためのブレーキシステム。
