Claims (9)
- 圧力変動による二酸化炭素の吸着剤に対する吸着及び脱着を利用してガスから二酸化炭素を分離して、二酸化炭素が除去された残部ガスを排出する分離装置であって、前記吸着剤が二酸化炭素を吸着可能な圧力となるようにガスを加圧する加圧装置を有する前記分離装置と、
前記吸着剤へ供給されるガスを乾燥するための吸湿剤を有する乾燥装置と、
前記分離装置から排出される残部ガスを、前記乾燥装置の吸湿剤を再生する再生ガスとして前記乾燥装置に供給する再生システムと、
前記加圧装置によって加圧されたガスと、前記再生ガスとを熱交換する熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器における熱交換によって、加圧されたガスが冷却されて前記乾燥装置及び前記分離装置へ供給され、前記再生ガスが加熱される前記熱交換器と、
前記吸湿剤の再生によって排出される再生後ガスの圧力を利用して、前記乾燥装置に供給される前記再生ガスを加熱するエネルギー変換装置と
を有する二酸化炭素の回収装置。 - 前記エネルギー変換装置は、前記再生後ガスを流通させる膨張機と、前記膨張機と協働し、前記再生ガスを流通させる圧縮機とを有し、前記膨張機における前記再生後ガスの膨張動力が前記圧縮機における前記再生ガスの圧縮動力に変換されて、圧縮熱によって前記再生ガスの温度が上昇する請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 前記分離装置の吸着剤は、金属−有機構造体を有する請求項1又は2に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 更に、前記加圧装置と前記熱交換器との間に配置される脱硝装置を有し、前記脱硝装置は、窒素酸化物をアンモニアと作用させて窒素に分解する触媒を有する請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 前記分離装置は、前記吸着剤を収容する対になったカラムと、前記吸着剤に吸着された二酸化炭素が脱着可能な圧力に前記カラム内の圧力を低下させる減圧装置とを有する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 前記加圧装置は、圧縮機を有し、前記減圧装置は、膨張機を有し、前記加圧装置と前記減圧装置とが協働するように構成される請求項5に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 更に、前記二酸化炭素の回収装置に供給されるガスを、前記エネルギー変換装置から排出される再生後ガスと熱交換する熱交換器を有する請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 前記再生システムは、
前記乾燥装置に供給される前記再生ガスの温度を検出する検出器と、
前記検出器と電気的に接続され、前記検出器によって検出される前記再生ガスの温度が前記吸湿剤の再生に適する温度に至っていない場合に前記再生ガスを加熱するヒーターと
を有する請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。 - 圧力変動による二酸化炭素の吸着剤に対する吸着及び脱着を利用してガスから二酸化炭素を分離し、二酸化炭素が除去された残部ガスを排出する分離処理と、
前記吸着剤が二酸化炭素を吸着可能な圧力となるように、前記分離処理へ供給されるガスを加圧する加圧処理と、
前記分離処理へ供給されるガスを、吸湿剤を使用して乾燥する乾燥処理と、
前記分離処理から排出される残部ガスを、使用した吸湿剤を再生する再生ガスとして前記乾燥処理に供給する再生処理と、
前記加圧処理によって加圧されたガスと、前記再生ガスとを熱交換する熱交換であって、前記熱交換によって、加圧されたガスが冷却されて前記乾燥処理及び前記分離処理へ供給され、前記再生ガスが加熱される前記熱交換と、
前記吸湿剤の再生によって排出される再生後ガスの圧力を利用して、前記乾燥処理に供給される再生ガスを加熱するエネルギー変換と
を有する二酸化炭素の回収方法。
