Abstract
【解決手段】原料空気中の水分を吸着して除湿する第1吸着ユニットCの第1,第2吸着塔15,16と、上記第1,第2吸着塔15,16による吸着除湿によって昇温した原料空気を冷却する第2原空冷却器12と、上記第2原空冷却器12を経由した原料空気中の炭酸ガスと水分とを吸着して除去する第2吸着ユニットEの第1,第2吸着塔25,26とを備えた空気分離装置に関し、上記両吸着ユニットC,Eの再生工程において、第1,第2吸着塔25,26での再生工程を第1,第2吸着塔15,16での再生工程より所定時間早め、かつ第1,第2吸着塔25,26を経た温再生ガスを第1,第2吸着塔15,16に供給するようにしている。

Claims (2)
- 原料空気中の水分を吸着して除湿する第1の吸着塔と、この第1の吸着塔による吸着除湿によって昇温した原料空気を冷却する熱交換器と、この熱交換器を経由した原料空気中の炭酸ガスと水分とを吸着して除去する第2の吸着塔とを備えた空気分離装置に関し、上記両吸着塔の再生工程において、第2の吸着塔での再生工程を第1の吸着塔での再生工程より所定時間早め、かつ第2の吸着塔を経た温再生ガスを第1の吸着塔に供給するようにしたことを特徴とする空気分離装置における前処理方法。
- 原料空気中の水分を吸着して除湿する第1の吸着塔と、この第1の吸着塔による吸着除湿によって昇温した原料空気を冷却する熱交換器と、この熱交換器を経由した原料空気中の炭酸ガスと水分とを吸着して除去する第2の吸着塔とを備えた空気分離装置に関し、上記両吸着塔の再生工程において、第2の吸着塔での再生工程を第1の吸着塔での再生工程より所定時間早め、かつ第2の吸着塔を経た温再生ガスを第1の吸着塔に供給するように構成したことを特徴とする空気分離装置における前処理装置。
