Description
被写体の第1画像に関して、i)前記第1画像内の第1画像構造に関する位置、及び、ii)前記被写体の少なくとも一部の対応する物理的特性に関する構造特性を有する、入力明細(input specification)を入力するように構成された入力ポートと、
前記入力明細に基づいて、第2画像における第2画像構造を識別するように構成された画像構造検索部と、
表示装置上に前記第2画像構造を表示するように構成されたグラフィック表示発生部と、
を有し、前記構造特性の明細は少なくともスペクトル情報を含む。
Claims (16)
- 被写体の第1画像に関して、i)前記第1画像内の第1画像構造に関する位置、及び、ii)前記被写体の少なくとも一部の対応する物理的特性に関する構造特性を有する、入力の明細を入力する入力ポートであって、前記構造特性の明細が少なくともスペクトル情報を含む、入力ポートと、
前記入力の明細に基づいて、第2画像における前記第1画像構造に対応した第2画像構造を識別する画像構造検索部であって、前記第1画像内の前記第1画像構造の位置と、該第1画像構造の位置の周りの関心領域とに基づいて、前記第2画像内の検索領域を定義し、前記関心領域と前記検索領域とで前記スペクトル情報に基づいて物質分解を実行して類似性尺度に基づいて比較し、前記第2画像構造を識別する画像構造検索部と、
表示装置上に前記第2画像構造を表示するグラフィック表示発生部と、
を有する、画像処理システム。 - 前記類似性尺度が、グレイ値ヒストグラム類似性か、スペクトル若しくは物質組成の類似性か、寸法、形態、テクスチャ及び造影剤摂取の何れか1つの類似性かの何れか1つ又は組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記構造特性の明細が、i)寸法及び/又は形状パラメータ、並びにii)物質タイプの何れか1つ又は組合せを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記画像構造検索部の識別処理が、前記第1画像から前記第2画像へ形状を伝搬させる処理を有し、前記形状が形状パラメータにより指定される、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記被写体が、イメージャによる前記第1及び第2画像の各収集の間において再配置及び/又は変形される、請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記第1及び第2画像は前記被写体の異なるビューを供給し、前記第1及び第2画像構造は前記被写体の又は前記被写体内の関心部分を表す、請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記第1画像は2D又は3D画像であり、前記第2画像は2D又は3D画像である、請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記画像構造検索部の識別処理は、前記第2画像における前記第2画像構造の形状/位置を識別する処理を含む、請求項1ないし7の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記グラフィック表示発生部は、前記第1画像構造及び前記第2画像構造を前記表示装置上に一緒に表示させる、請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記第1及び第2画像構造に関する共通構造特性を計算する構造分析部を有する、請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記第1画像が前記表示装置上に表示されている間にユーザにより前記入力の明細を供給するように操作可能な対話型ユーザインターフェースを有する、請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- 前記画像構造検索部の識別処理は、類似性尺度に関して最適化又は検索アルゴリズムを実行する処理を含み、前記検索アルゴリズム及び/又は類似性尺度が入力された前記入力の明細に基づいて選択される、請求項1ないし11の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システム。
- イメージャ及び請求項1ないし12の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システムを含む、撮像装置。
- 被写体の第1画像に関して、i)前記第1画像内の第1画像構造に関する位置、及び、ii)前記被写体の少なくとも一部の対応する物理的特性に関する構造特性を有する、入力の明細を入力するステップであって、前記構造特性の明細が少なくともスペクトル情報を含む、ステップと、
前記入力の明細に基づいて、第2画像における前記第1画像構造に対応した第2画像構造を識別するステップであって、前記第1画像内の前記第1画像構造の位置と、該第1画像構造の位置の周りに関心領域とに基づいて、前記第2画像内の検索領域を定義し、前記関心領域と前記検索領域とで前記スペクトル情報に基づいて物質分解を実行して類似性尺度に基づいて比較し、前記第2画像構造を識別するステップを含む、ステップと、
前記第2画像構造を表示するステップと、
を含む、画像処理方法。 - 請求項1ないし13の何れか一項に記載の画像処理システムを制御するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、処理ユニットにより実行された場合に請求項14に記載の画像処理方法のステップを実行する、コンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項15に記載のコンピュータプログラムを記憶したコンピュータ読取可能な媒体。
