Description
(1) 相手側コネクタに接合されるコネクタであって、
前記相手側コネクタの相手側端子に接続される電気接続部を有する端子金具と、
前記相手側端子との接続方向に沿って形成され、前記電気接続部が後端側から挿入されて前端側から突出される挿通孔を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの後端側に組付けられて前記端子金具を前記ハウジングへ押し付けて保持させるリアホルダと、
を備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記端子金具の一部が当接されて前記電気接続部の前記挿通孔への挿入方向の移動を規制する基準面を有し、
前記リアホルダは、前記ハウジングへ組付けられることで、一部が塑性変形しながら前記端子金具を後方から押圧して前記基準面に押し付ける押圧ピンを有する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。
(2) 前記押圧ピンは、前記端子金具を押圧する先端部に、押圧方向へ向かって断面積が次第に小さくなる先細り形状の潰し部を有する
ことを特徴とする(1)に記載のコネクタ。
(3) 前記電気接続部は、面方向が前記相手側端子との接続方向に沿う平板状に形成され、

(5) 前記押圧ピンは、前記格子リブを構成する前記線状リブ同士の交点に形成されている

上記(2)の構成のコネクタによれば、端子金具に押圧ピンが押し付けられて先端部の先細り形状の潰し部が潰れて塑性変形する。これにより、端子金具を相手側端子との接続方向に対するガタツキなく良好に保持することができる。
上記(3)の構成のコネクタによれば、平板状の電気接続部の後端面が押圧ピンによって押圧されるので、電気接続部が相手側コネクタの相手側端子との接続方向へ向かって真っ直ぐに押圧されることとなり、電気接続部を挿通孔の前端から傾きなく突出させることができる。
上記(4)の構成のコネクタによれば、底面に形成された格子リブに押圧ピンが形成されているので、押圧ピンの剛性を高めることができ、端子金具をより強固に押圧して基準面へ押し付け、高精度に電気接続部の出代を管理することができる。
上記(5)の構成のコネクタによれば、線状リブ同士の交点に押圧ピンが形成されているので、押圧ピンの剛性をさらに高めることができ、端子金具をより強固に押圧して基準面へ押し付け、さらに高精度に電気接続部の出代を管理することができる。

図5(a)及び図5(b)に示すように、収容凹部65には、その底面70に格子リブ71が形成されている。この格子リブ71は、それぞれ間隔をあけて配列された複数の線状の縦リブ71aと横リブ71bとから構成されており、縦リブ71aと横リブ71bとは、互いに直交されて格子状に形成されている。
コネクタ10を組み立てるには、まず、ハウジング20に対して端子金具40を組付ける。具体的には、端子金具40の電気接続部41をハウジング20の挿通孔26へ後端側から挿し込む。すると、ハウジング20の底壁部22の前面22aから端子金具40の電気接続部41が嵌合凹部23内に突出されて配置される。

[1] 相手側コネクタに接合されるコネクタ(10)であって、
前記相手側コネクタの相手側端子に接続される電気接続部(41)を有する端子金具(40)と、
前記相手側端子との接続方向に沿って形成され、前記電気接続部(41)が後端側から挿入されて前端側から突出される挿通孔(26)を有するハウジング(20)と、
前記ハウジング(20)の後端側に組付けられて前記端子金具(40)を前記ハウジング(20)へ押し付けて保持させるリアホルダ(60)と、
を備え、
前記ハウジング(20)は、前記端子金具(40)の一部(連設部42)が当接されて前記電気接続部(41)の前記挿通孔(26)への挿入方向の移動を規制する基準面(端面25a)を有し、
前記リアホルダ(60)は、前記ハウジング(20)へ組付けられることで、一部が塑性変形しながら前記端子金具(40)を後方から押圧して前記基準面(端面25a)に押し付ける押圧ピン(75)を有する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。
[2] 前記押圧ピン(75)は、前記端子金具(40)を押圧する先端部に、押圧方向へ向かって断面積が次第に小さくなる先細り形状の潰し部(76)を有する
ことを特徴とする[1]に記載のコネクタ。
[3] 前記電気接続部(41)は、面方向が前記相手側端子との接続方向に沿う平板状に形成され、
前記押圧ピン(75)は、前記電気接続部の後端面(46)に当接して押圧する
ことを特徴とする[1]または[2]に記載のコネクタ。
[4] 前記リアホルダ(60)は、前記ハウジング(20)への組付け方向と直交する底面(70)と、前記底面(70)に複数の線状リブ(縦リブ71a,横リブ71b)を格子状に形成してなる格子リブ(71)と、を有し、
前記押圧ピン(75)は、前記格子リブ(71)に形成されている
ことを特徴とする[1]から[3]のいずれか一つに記載のコネクタ。
[5] 前記押圧ピン(75)は、前記格子リブ(71)を構成する前記線状リブ(縦リブ71a,横リブ71b)同士の交点に形成されている
ことを特徴とする[4]記載のコネクタ。

Claims (5)
- 相手側コネクタに接合されるコネクタであって、
前記相手側コネクタの相手側端子に接続される電気接続部を有する端子金具と、
前記相手側端子との接続方向に沿って形成され、前記電気接続部が後端側から挿入されて前端側から突出される挿通孔を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの後端側に組付けられて前記端子金具を前記ハウジングへ押し付けて保持させるリアホルダと、
を備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記端子金具の一部が当接されて前記電気接続部の前記挿通孔への挿入方向の移動を規制する基準面を有し、
前記リアホルダは、前記ハウジングへ組付けられることで、一部が塑性変形しながら前記端子金具を後方から押圧して前記基準面に押し付ける押圧ピンを有する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記押圧ピンは、前記端子金具を押圧する先端部に、押圧方向へ向かって断面積が次第に小さくなる先細り形状の潰し部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記電気接続部は、面方向が前記相手側端子との接続方向に沿う平板状に形成され、
前記押圧ピンは、前記電気接続部の後端面に当接して押圧する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記リアホルダは、前記ハウジングへの組付け方向と直交する底面と、前記底面に複数の線状リブを格子状に形成してなる格子リブと、を有し、
前記押圧ピンは、前記格子リブに形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記押圧ピンは、前記格子リブを構成する前記線状リブ同士の交点に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載のコネクタ。
