Description
Lは、1〜12個の炭素原子を有し、かつ1つまたは複数のエチレン性不飽和を有するまたは有さない直鎖状または分岐状炭化水素基を表し、
Xは、−OHおよび−CO2Hから選択される基を表す。
上で言及されているように、本発明は、下記式(I)のサリチル酸誘導体、ならびに化粧料的に許容できるその塩および/またはその溶媒和物、例えばその水和物、および/またはその異性体の少なくとも1つの化粧料的使用に基づく。
Lは、1〜12個の炭素原子を有し、かつ1つまたは複数のエチレン性不飽和を有するまたは有さない直鎖状または分岐状炭化水素基を表し、
Xは、−OHおよび−CO2Hから選択される基を表す。
R1、R2およびR3は同一または異なり、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する飽和直鎖状炭化水素基を表し、
Yは、2〜6個の炭素原子を有する飽和直鎖状炭化水素基を表す。
下記式(Ia):

本発明による、式(I)のサリチル酸誘導体、特に化合物AおよびB、ならびに式(Ia)、(Ib)、(Ic)および(Id)ならびに化合物Cのサリチル酸誘導体は、下記スキームで例示されている様々な方法に従って調製されることができ、このスキームによれば、Xが−OH基または−CO2H基を表す。
上記から分かるように、本発明による式(I)のサリチル酸誘導体、特に化合物AおよびB、ならびに式(Ia)、(Ib)、(Ic)および(Id)および化合物Cのサリチル酸誘導体、およびそれらの化粧料的に許容できる塩、それらの溶媒和物、例えばそれらの水和物、およびそれらの異性体が、本発明の文脈において、特にそれらの落屑特性のために用いられる。
この試験は、角質層の凝集(cohesion)を観察することによる、単純な溶液中における活性剤の落屑能の検出に向けられる。
エタノール中に5重量%の実施例1の化合物A、および
エタノール中に5重量%の実施例2の化合物B
である。
スコア0:変化がみられない
スコア1:軽度の減少
スコア2:中程度の減少
スコア3:高度の減少
スコア4:落屑を伴うきわめて高度の減少
顔への局所施与のための3つの組成物が調製される。
Claims (10)
- 上記組成物が、皮膚の外観および/またはきめを改善することに向けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記組成物が、皮膚の起伏を均一にする、肌の色を均一にする、毛穴を閉じる、平滑化効果の付与により隆起を除去する、表面の凹凸および皮膚の微小起伏を少なくする、肌の色の輝きを改善する、メイクアップの摩耗特性を改善する、および/または体もしくは顔の表面におけるクレンジング作用および死細胞の除去を促進する
ことに向けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 請求項5〜6のいずれか一項で定義された少なくとも1つのサリチル酸誘導体またはそれらの混合物の1つを生理学的に許容できる媒体中に含む組成物。
- 請求項6で定義された化合物Bを少なくとも含む、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 落屑を促進するおよび/または表皮の再生を刺激することが意図された化粧料的処置法であって、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項で定義された式(I)のサリチル酸誘導体、その塩および/もしくは溶媒和物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つ、またはそれを含む組成物を皮膚へ施与することを含むことを特徴とする、上記化粧料的処置法。
- 肌の色の輝きを促進するおよび/または皮膚および/または粘膜の表面の凹凸を減少させる化粧料的処置法であって、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項で定義された式(I)のサリチル酸誘導体、その塩および/もしくは溶媒和物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つ、またはそれを含む組成物が、皮膚または粘膜へ施与されることを特徴とする、上記化粧料的処置法。
