Description
本発明の第1の実施の形態について、図1乃至図7を参照して説明する。なお、以下に説明する実施の形態は、本発明を実施する上での好適な具体例として示すものであり、技術的に好ましい種々の技術的事項を具体的に例示している部分もあるが、本発明の技術的範囲は、この具体的態様に限定されるものではない。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る四輪駆動車の概略の構成を示す構成図である。
図2は、第1の駆動力伝達装置4の構成例を示し、(a)は第1の駆動力伝達装置4の断面図であり、(b)は第1の駆動力伝達装置4の噛み合い部を模式的に示す説明図である。なお、図2(a)では、第1の駆動力伝達装置4におけるフロントデフケース30の回転軸線O1よりも上側の半分の範囲を図示している。
第2の駆動力伝達装置6は、図1に示すように、車体に支持されるハウジング60と、プロペラシャフト5から駆動力が伝達される後輪側の歯車機構61と、この歯車機構61によって伝達される駆動力を調節して後輪側のドライブシャフト16L,16Rに伝達する第1及び第2の摩擦クラッチ62L,62Rと、第1及び第2の摩擦クラッチ62L,62Rへ油圧を供給する油圧回路70とを有する。ハウジング60は、第1及び第2の摩擦クラッチ62L,62R及び歯車機構61を収容している。
図5は、油圧回路70及び制御装置2の構成例を模式的に示す構成図である。油圧回路70は、油圧源である油圧ポンプ71と、油圧ポンプ71を駆動する電動モータ72と、第1及び第2の電磁弁73,74とを有している。油圧ポンプ71と電動モータ72とは、連結軸721によって連結されている。制御装置2は、電動モータ72にモータ電流を供給し、電動モータ72によって油圧ポンプ71を駆動する。
次に、電流制御手段23がフィードバック制御部84として実行する処理の内容について、図7を参照して説明する。
以上説明した第1の実施の形態によれば、所定の時間間隔でゼロ点補正の処理が実行されるので、制御装置2が第1及び第2の摩擦クラッチ62L,62Rを制御するために出力する制御電流の精度を高めることができ、後輪14L,14Rに伝達される駆動力を高精度に制御することができる。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について、図8を参照して説明する。図8は、第2の実施の形態に係る油圧回路70A及び制御装置2Aの構成例を模式的に示す構成図である。図8において、第1の実施の形態について説明したものと共通する構成要素については、図7等に付したものと同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第3の実施の形態について、図9及び図10を参照して説明する。図9は、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る四輪駆動車1Bの概略の構成を示す構成図である。四輪駆動車1Bには、第2の駆動力伝達装置9、ならびに第1の駆動力伝達装置4及び第2の駆動力伝達装置9を制御する制御装置2Bが搭載されている。図10は、四輪駆動車1Bに搭載された第2の駆動力伝達装置9のクラッチ装置91の構成例を示す断面図である。図9において、第1の実施の形態について説明したものと共通する構成要素については、図1等に付したものと同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。
以上、本発明を第1乃至第3の実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、これらの実施の形態は特許請求の範囲に係る発明を限定するものではない。また、実施の形態の中で説明した特徴の組合せの全てが発明の課題を解決するための手段に必須であるとは限らない点に留意すべきである。

Claims (6)
- 駆動源の駆動力が常時伝達される主駆動輪と、車両の前後方向に前記駆動力を伝達する駆動軸と、前記駆動軸を介して前記駆動源の駆動力が伝達される補助駆動輪と、前記補助駆動輪への駆動力伝達経路において前記駆動軸を挟むように配置された第1及び第2の駆動力伝達装置と、前記第1及び第2の駆動力伝達装置を制御する制御装置とを備えた四輪駆動車であって、
前記第1の駆動力伝達装置は、凹部と凸部との係合により駆動力を伝達する噛み合いクラッチを有し、
前記第2の駆動力伝達装置は、同軸上で相対回転可能に支持された外側回転部材及び内側回転部材と、前記外側回転部材と共に回転する外側クラッチプレートと、前記内側回転部材と共に回転する内側クラッチプレートと、前記制御装置から供給される制御電流に応じた押圧力で前記外側クラッチプレート及び前記内側クラッチプレートを軸方向に押圧する押圧機構とを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記押圧機構に前記制御電流を出力する電流出力回路と、前記電流出力回路から実際に出力される前記制御電流の大きさに応じた検出信号を出力する電流検出手段と、前記押圧機構に供給すべき前記制御電流の目標値である目標電流値を演算する目標電流値演算手段と、前記電流検出手段の検出結果に基づいて前記目標電流値演算手段で演算された電流値の前記制御電流が前記押圧機構に出力されるように前記電流出力回路を制御する電流制御手段とを有し、
前記電流制御手段は、前記第1及び第2の駆動力伝達装置による駆動力の伝達が共に遮断される二輪駆動状態であるとき、前記電流検出手段から出力されている前記検出信号が前記電流出力回路から出力される前記制御電流のゼロ点を示すことを記憶するゼロ点補正を行う、
四輪駆動車。 - 前記電流制御手段は、前記二輪駆動状態になってから第1の所定時間が経過したときに前記ゼロ点補正を行い、その後、前記二輪駆動状態が継続するときは前記第1の所定時間よりも長い第2の所定時間が経過するごとに前記ゼロ点補正を繰り返し行う、
請求項1に記載の四輪駆動車。 - 前記電流制御手段は、前記駆動源を始動させる始動スイッチがオン状態となったとき、前記電流出力回路から前記押圧機構に前記制御電流が出力される前に前記ゼロ点補正を行う、
請求項1又は2に記載の四輪駆動車。 - 前記押圧機構は、油圧ポンプと、シリンダ室に供給される作動油の油圧を受けて前記外側クラッチプレート及び前記内側クラッチプレートを押圧するピストンと、前記油圧ポンプから前記シリンダ室に供給される作動油の圧力を調節する電磁弁とを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記電磁弁に前記制御電流を出力する、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の四輪駆動車。 - 前記押圧機構は、電動モータと、前記電動モータにより駆動される油圧ポンプと、前記油圧ポンプからシリンダ室に供給される作動油の油圧を受けて前記外側クラッチプレート及び前記内側クラッチプレートを押圧するピストンとを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記電動モータに前記制御電流を出力する、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の四輪駆動車。 - 駆動源の駆動力が常時伝達される主駆動輪と、車両の前後方向に前記駆動力を伝達する駆動軸と、前記駆動軸を介して前記駆動源の駆動力が伝達される補助駆動輪と、前記補助駆動輪への駆動力伝達経路において前記駆動軸を挟むように配置された第1及び第2の駆動力伝達装置とを備えた四輪駆動車に搭載され、制御部及び電流出力回路を有して前記第1及び第2の駆動力伝達装置を制御する制御装置であって、
前記第1の駆動力伝達装置は、凹部と凸部との係合により駆動力を伝達する噛み合いクラッチを有し、
前記第2の駆動力伝達装置は、同軸上で相対回転可能に配置された外側回転部材及び内側回転部材と、前記外側回転部材と共に回転する外側クラッチプレート及び前記内側回転部材と共に回転する内側クラッチプレートを有する摩擦クラッチと、前記電流出力回路から供給される制御電流に応じた押圧力で前記外側クラッチプレート及び前記内側クラッチプレートを軸方向に押圧する押圧機構とを有し、
前記制御部は、前記押圧機構に供給すべき前記制御電流の目標値である目標電流値を演算する目標電流値演算手段と、前記電流出力回路から実際に出力される前記制御電流の大きさに応じた検出信号を出力する電流検出手段と、前記電流検出手段の検出結果に基づいて前記目標電流値演算手段で演算された電流値の前記制御電流が前記押圧機構に出力されるように前記電流出力回路を制御する電流制御手段とを有し、
前記電流制御手段は、前記噛み合いクラッチ及び前記摩擦クラッチによる駆動力の伝達が共に遮断される二輪駆動状態であるとき、前記電流検出手段から出力されている前記検出信号が前記電流出力回路から出力される前記制御電流のゼロ点を示すことを記憶するゼロ点補正を行う、
