Description
(1)
ハウジングに設けられた端子収容室の内側且つ先端側へ斜めに片持ち梁状に延びる係止突起によって前記端子収容室内に係止される端子金具であって、
相手側端子を受け入れる筒状の箱部と、
前記箱部の壁面に開口し、前記係止突起を受け入れる係止孔と、
前記相手側端子に押圧接触するように前記箱部の内壁から延びる端子バネと、
前記係止孔の基端側縁の一部が前記箱部の前記内側且つ前記先端側に向けて斜めに片持ち梁状に切り起こされた形状を有し、前記端子バネが前記相手側端子に押圧接触するときの支点として働く支点部と、を備え、
前記係止孔に受け入れられた前記係止突起の一部が、前記支点部が切り起こされることによって画成された前記支点部よりも前記先端側にある空間内に進入している、
端子金具であること。
(2)
ハウジングに設けられた係止突起によって端子収容室内に係止される端子金具であって、
相手側端子を受け入れる筒状の箱部と、
前記箱部の壁面に開口し、前記係止突起を受け入れる係止孔と、
前記相手側端子に押圧接触するように前記箱部の内壁から延びる端子バネと、
前記係止孔の周縁の一部が前記箱部の内側に向けて片持ち梁状に切り起こされた形状を有し、前記端子バネが前記相手側端子に押圧接触するときの支点として働く支点部と、を備え、
前記端子バネは、
前記係止孔をまたぐように延び且つ前記係止孔に受け入れられた前記係止突起に接触し
ないように配置され、
前記支点部は、
前記端子バネの前記係止突起に近付く向きへの変形を規制するように前記端子バネを支
持する、
端子金具であること。

上記(1)又は上記(2)に記載の端子金具と、
前記端子金具が収容される端子収容室、及び、前記端子収容室内に前記端子金具を係止
する係止突起、を有するハウジングと、を備えた、
端子金具とハウジングとの係合構造であること。
以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明の実施形態に係る端子金具10、及び、端子金具10とハウジング20との係合構造1について説明する。以下、説明の便宜上、端子金具10の軸方向(嵌合方向)において、相手側端子(図示省略)が嵌合する側(図1〜図4において左側)を先端側(前方側)とし、その反対側(図1〜図4において右側)を基端側(後方側)と呼ぶ。また、図1〜図4において上側及び下側をそれぞれ、上側及び下側と呼ぶ。
なお、本発明は上記各実施形態に限定されることはなく、本発明の範囲内において種々の変形例を採用することができる。例えば、本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、適宜、変形、改良、等が可能である。その他、上述した実施形態における各構成要素の材質、形状、寸法、数、配置箇所、等は本発明を達成できるものであれば任意であり、限定されない。

ハウジング(20)に設けられた係止突起(25)によって端子収容室(23)内に係止される端子金具(10)であって、
相手側端子を受け入れる筒状の箱部(11)と、
前記箱部(11)の壁面(11a)に開口し、前記係止突起(25)を受け入れる係止孔(14)と、
前記相手側端子に押圧接触するように前記箱部(11)の内壁から延びる端子バネ(16)と、
前記係止孔(14)の周縁の一部が前記箱部(11)の内側に向けて片持ち梁状に切り起こされた形状を有し、前記端子バネ(16)が前記相手側端子に押圧接触するときの支点(15a)として働く支点部(15)と、を備えた、
端子金具(10)。

上記(1)に記載の端子金具(10)において、
前記端子バネ(16)は、
前記係止孔(14)をまたぐように延び且つ前記係止孔(14)に受け入れられた前記係止突起(25)に接触しないように配置され、
前記支点部(15)は、
前記端子バネ(16)の前記係止突起(25)に近付く向きへの変形を規制するように、前記端子バネ(16)を支持する、
端子金具(10)。

上記(1)又は上記(2)に記載の端子金具(10)と、
前記端子金具(10)が収容される端子収容室(23)、及び、前記端子収容室(23)内に前記端子金具(10)を係止する係止突起(25)を有するハウジング(20)と、を備えた、
端子金具(10)とハウジング(20)との係合構造(1)。

Claims (3)
- ハウジングに設けられた端子収容室の内側且つ先端側へ斜めに片持ち梁状に延びる係止突起によって前記端子収容室内に係止される端子金具であって、
相手側端子を受け入れる筒状の箱部と、
前記箱部の壁面に開口し、前記係止突起を受け入れる係止孔と、
前記相手側端子に押圧接触するように前記箱部の内壁から延びる端子バネと、
前記係止孔の基端側縁の一部が前記箱部の前記内側且つ前記先端側に向けて斜めに片持ち梁状に切り起こされた形状を有し、前記端子バネが前記相手側端子に押圧接触するときの支点として働く支点部と、を備え、
前記係止孔に受け入れられた前記係止突起の一部が、前記支点部が切り起こされることによって画成された前記支点部よりも前記先端側にある空間内に進入している、
端子金具。 - ハウジングに設けられた係止突起によって端子収容室内に係止される端子金具であって、
相手側端子を受け入れる筒状の箱部と、
前記箱部の壁面に開口し、前記係止突起を受け入れる係止孔と、
前記相手側端子に押圧接触するように前記箱部の内壁から延びる端子バネと、
前記係止孔の周縁の一部が前記箱部の内側に向けて片持ち梁状に切り起こされた形状を有し、前記端子バネが前記相手側端子に押圧接触するときの支点として働く支点部と、を備え、
前記端子バネは、
前記係止孔をまたぐように延び且つ前記係止孔に受け入れられた前記係止突起に接触しないように配置され、
前記支点部は、
前記端子バネの前記係止突起に近付く向きへの変形を規制するように前記端子バネを支持する、
端子金具。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の端子金具と、
