本发明涉及一种端子金属配件和端子金属配件与壳体的配合结构。
背景技术
已知壳体与端子金属配件的配合结构,其中通过使设置在端子容纳室中的矛杆(锁定突起)与端子金属配件的锁定孔(矛杆孔)接合而防止端子金属配件意外地脱离壳体的每个端子容纳室。
关于上述结构的细节,参见JP2014-216256A。
发明内容
上述传统的配合结构基于先决条件,即由矛杆锁定的端子金属配件不能在壳体方向上向后移动,除非取消矛杆的锁定。然而,实际上,可能发生一种情形,当例如电线在其布线期间受到强大的外力时,如果端子金属配件被连接到端子金属配件的电线拉动,并且由此压靠在矛杆上,则端子金属配件的一部分(例如,薄板状锁定片)会咬入相关的矛杆。在那种情况下,端子金属配件在壳体方向上被向后移动咬合长度。
当端子金属配件的一部分咬入相关的矛杆时,不仅端子金属配件在壳体方向上向后移位而且可能在与壳体方向交叉的方向上倾斜。如果端子金属配件遭受这种过度的位置偏差,当试图将壳体嵌合进或与配对壳体嵌合时,端子金属配件不能与配对端子适当地接触从而使它们之间的电接触不合适。此外,当发生过度咬合时,可能发生这样的事件:不能保持矛杆和端子金属配件之间的配合,从而导致端子金属配件从端子容纳室出来的大位置偏差。优选地,尽可能防止端子金属配件的这种位置偏差出现的可能性。
本发明的目的是提供一种端子金属配件以及壳体与端子金属配件的配合结构,其能够抑制端子金属配件在壳体的每个端子容纳室中的位置偏差。
本发明的实施例提供以下项目(1)至(3):
(1)一种端子金属配件,其通过使用设置在壳体中的锁定突起锁定在端子容纳室中,所述端子金属配件包括:

根据本发明的第一方面,关于项目(1),由于锁定孔周围的部分被切割和竖立,因此锁定孔的开口面积增大。通过增加锁定孔的开口面积,可以使用更大的锁定突起。即使在例如使用端子金属配件时锁定孔的端面咬入锁定突起中,使用更大的锁定突起也允许其自身承受更深的咬合。结果,可以更适当地抑制端子容纳室中的端子金属配件的位置偏差。
根据本发明的第二方面,关于项目(2),锁定孔和端子弹簧之间的空间可以用作接收锁定突起的空间。结果,可以有效地利用端子金属配件的盒部11的内部空间。而且,即使通过插入端子金属配件的盒部中的配对端子将端子弹簧推向使其更靠近锁定突起的方向,由于端子弹簧朝向锁定突起的变形受到支撑点部的限制,因此抑制了端子弹簧与锁定突起的干涉。利用这些特征,端子金属配件10可以小型化而不会损害其功能。

如图3B所示,矛杆25设置在端子容纳室23的底面上,与容纳在端子容纳室23中的端子金属配件10的盒部11的底壁11a相对。矛杆25是如悬臂一样从端子容纳室23的底面上的预定位置倾斜地朝向端子容纳室23的内侧(即,向上)并朝向末端侧延伸的弹性片。
在端子金属配件10插入端子容纳室23的中途状态下,矛杆25由于端子金属配件10的盒部11的底壁11a干涉而弹性地向下变形。在端子金属配件10插入完成后,矛杆25通过其自身的弹性恢复能力在进入盒部11的锁定孔14的同时时返回到初始状态。结果,如图3B和4所示,矛杆25被锁定孔14接收。因此,建立了矛杆25的末端表面和锁定孔14的末端侧表面彼此接合的状态,由此防止端子金属配件10脱离端子容纳室23。
如图4所示,在矛杆25被锁定孔14接收的状态下,矛杆25的一部分位于锁定孔14和端子金属配件10的端子弹簧16之间形成的空间中,端子弹簧16不与矛杆25接触。当配对端子从图4的状态进一步插入端子金属配件10的盒部11时,尽管端子弹簧16被向下推(朝向矛杆25),但因为支撑点部15的末端部15a用作端子弹簧16的支撑点,所以限制了端子弹簧16的向下变形(朝向矛杆25)。结果,可以可靠地防止端子弹簧16干涉矛杆25。
此外,由于支撑点部15从锁定孔14的基侧端部切割分离并竖立,因此锁定孔14和支撑点部15之间的空间可以用作用于接收矛杆25的一部分的空间。因此,锁定孔14的与矛杆25的接收相关的在嵌合方向上的尺寸,从支撑点部15未形成的情况下的尺寸L1增加至本结构的尺寸L2(见图4)。这使得可以通过锁定孔14接收比未形成支撑点部15的情况的更大的矛杆25。
在下文中,将通过包含锁定孔14的开口的平面切割由锁定孔14接收的矛杆25而获得的横截面在嵌合方向上的尺寸称为剪切距离L3(参见图4)。当外力沿着从端子容纳室23拉出的方向作用在端子金属配件10上时,锁定孔14的末端侧表面推动矛杆25的末端表面,由此剪切应力在嵌合方向上作用于矛杆25。
在该实施例中,端子金属配件10可以通过锁定孔14接收矛杆25,该矛杆25由于锁定孔14在嵌合方向上与接受矛杆25相关的尺寸从L1增加到L2而在剪切距离L3上增加。因此,当如上所述的外力施加在端子金属配件10上时,在嵌合方向上作用在矛杆25上的剪切应力减小了与剪切距离L3的增加相对应的值。结果,当外力施加在端子金属配件10上时,矛杆25不易变形。即使锁定孔14的末端侧表面咬入矛杆25,矛杆25也可以由于剪切距离L3的增加而承受更深的咬合。
在根据本发明实施例的端子金属配件10和配合结构1中,锁定孔14的开口面积因为锁定孔14周围的部分被切割和竖立而增加。通过增大开口面积,可以通过锁定孔14接收更大的矛杆25。当外力施加在正在使用的端子金属配件10上时,可能发生锁定孔14的端面咬入矛杆25的情况。在这种矛杆25较大的情况下,它可以承受更深的咬合。结果,可以抑制端子容纳室23中的端子金属配件10的倾斜。
此外,锁定孔14和端子弹簧16之间的空间可以用作用于接收矛杆25的空间。结果,由于可以有效地利用端子金属配件10的盒部11的内部空间,端子金属配件10可以小型化而无需再赋予其功能。而且,即使端子弹簧16沿靠近矛杆25的方向被插入的配对端子推动,由于端子弹簧16朝向矛杆25的变形受到支撑点部15的限制,端子弹簧16与矛杆25的干涉被抑制。结果,即使端子金属配件10小型化,也能保持其功能。
此外,由于如上所述端子金属配件10可以小型化,所以可以使端子金属配件10提供附加功能。例如,与用于双重锁定的保持器配合的部分可以设置在比传统的情况下更靠近端子金属配件10的末端的位置(例如,盒部11的后端侧上的位置)。这有助于连接器结构的小型化。

在上述实施例中,每个端子金属配件10的盒部11的形状类似于矩形圆柱体。然而,每个端子金属配件10的盒部11可以成形为圆柱形,在这种情况下,连接到每个端子金属配件10的电线可以是同轴电缆。

(2)根据[1]所述的端子金属配件(10),其中,
端子弹簧(16)延伸以跨过锁定孔(14)并且定位成消除与通过锁定孔(14)接收的锁定突起(25)的接触;和
支撑点部(15)支撑端子弹簧(16),以限制端子弹簧(16)朝向锁定突起(25)的变形。
(3)一种端子金属配件(10)与壳体(20)的配合结构(1),配合结构(1)包括:
根据项[1]或项[2]的端子金属配件(10);和
壳体(20),具有用于接收端子金属配件(10)的端子容纳室(23)和用于将端子金属配件(10)锁定在端子容纳室(23)中的锁定突起(25)。

Claims (2)

1.一种端子金属配件,其通过使用设置在壳体中的锁定突起被锁定在端子容纳室中,所述锁定突起倾斜地延伸到所述端子容纳室,所述端子金属配件包括:
管状盒部,接收配对端子;
锁定孔,形成为穿过所述盒部的壁并接收所述锁定突起;
端子弹簧,从所述盒部的内壁表面延伸,以按压和接触所述配对端子;
支撑点部,其为所述锁定孔周围的切割部分,所述切割部分倾斜地竖立在所述盒部内部并向前方延伸以具有悬臂形状从而形成所述支撑点部,所述支撑点部的末端部用作在所述端子弹簧按压并接触所述配对端子时的支撑点;
所述支撑点部限定通过竖立所述切割部分来空出的前方区域,并且所述锁定突起的一部分位于接收到所述锁定孔的锁定突起上的所述前方区域中,
所述端子弹簧延伸以跨过所述锁定孔并且被定位成消除与通过所述锁定孔接收的所述锁定突起的接触;和
所述支撑点部支撑所述端子弹簧,以限制所述端子弹簧朝向所述锁定突起的变形。
2.一种端子金属配件与壳体的配合结构,所述配合结构包括:
根据权利要求1所述的端子金属配件;和
所述壳体,具有用于接收所述端子金属配件的端子容纳室和用于将所述端子金属配件锁定在所述端子容纳室中的锁定突起。
