Description
a. 前記ウォームホイールの周囲に形成され、ボールおよび前記ボールの一部を受けるカップをそれぞれが有し、前記カップのそれぞれは前記ウォームホイールの周に関して鋭角となるように構成される噛合アセンブリーを含み、
b. 前記ウォームは前記ウォームホイールの周縁部の形状を補う凹状で先細の側方輪郭を有し、
c. 前記ボールの一部を前記ウォームと噛合するとともに回動自在とすることで、使用に際して前記ウォームと前記ウォームホイールとの間の剪断力を減少させるウォームギアである。
Claims (6)
- ウォームおよびウォームホイールを含むウォームギアであって、
前記ウォームホイールの周囲に形成された複数のボールおよび複数のカップを有する複数の噛合アセンブリーを含み、
前記噛合アセンブリーのそれぞれは、前記複数のボールのうちの一つのボールと、前記複数のカップのうちの一つのカップと、を有し、
前記一つのカップのソケットに、前記一つのボールの一部が収容され、
前記噛合アセンブリーのそれぞれの前記カップの中心線は、当該噛合アセンブリーの前記ボールの中心を通って延在し、
前記中心線は、前記中心線が前記ホイールの周と交わる点において、前記ホイールの周に対する接線と鋭角をなし、
前記ウォームは前記ウォームホイールの周縁部の形状を補う凹状で先細の側方輪郭を有し、
前記ウォームは、先端に向けて凹状で先細の形状を有し、
前記ボールの一部を前記ウォームと噛合するとともに回動自在とすることで、使用に際して前記ウォームと前記ウォームホイールとの間の剪断力を減少させ、
使用時において、前記ウォームと噛合する前記噛合アセンブリーのそれぞれの前記カップの前記中心線は、前記ウォームに向けて傾いているウォームギア。 - 前記ウォームは前記ボールの軌道を画定する少なくとも1つのらせん状のねじ山を有し、前記軌道は凹状の輪郭を有する請求項1に記載のウォームギア。
- 前記ウォームが1周回動すると前記ウォームホイールがその軸心の回りに部分的に回動するトルクマルチプライヤーとして構成される請求項1または2に記載のウォームギア。
- 前記ウォームは前記ウォームホイールの少なくとも3つの噛合アセンブリーと同時に噛合する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のウォームギア。
- 前記ウォームは駆動部材と連結可能な形成物を含む請求項3に記載のウォームギア。
- 前記ウォームホイールがボルトの頭を受容するソケットを有するトルクレンチとして構成される請求項5に記載のウォームギア。
