Description
シーラント層の目的は、トレッドを貫通した物体を包囲するように付着させ、それにより瞬間的な「シール」の働きをさせてタイヤから空気が漏れるのを防止することにある。さらに、トレッドを貫通した物体がトレッドの外に出るときも、当該物体によって残される孔はシーラント層の材料によって埋められ、シールがされる。
使用したカーボンブラックは、N550である。
使用した可塑剤は、ナフテン系オイルである。
使用した反応促進剤は、ジベンゾチアジルジスルフィド(MBTS)である。
表1に示す成分を混合し、100℃の温度で10分間攪拌を続けた。
Claims (5)
- タイヤの内側空洞部に面するインナーライナー層の自由表面上にシーラント層を堆積させる堆積ステップを含む、タイヤ内にシーラント層を塗布する方法であって、前記インナーライナー層上に堆積された前記シーラント層の空気に晒された表面がUV放射の直接作用を受ける粘着性低減ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記UV放射の波長は、200nm〜400nmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記UV放射の放射発散度は、250W/m2〜1500W/m2の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記UV放射の放射発散度は、500W/m2〜1000W/m2の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 空気に晒された前記表面は、5分〜15分の時間量にわたってUV放射を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
