Description
Claims (3)
- 複数の湾曲部を有すると共に内部に油が供給される発進装置のケースの製造方法において、
金属製の円盤状の板材に複数の環状凸部を同心円状に並ぶように中心側のものから順番に形成し、
環状の成形凹部を含む成形型と、前記板材の外周の移動を規制する規制部を含む成形型とを用いて前記環状凸部を圧縮し、前記板材の一部を増肉させて複数の増肉部を形成し、
前記板材をプレス加工により前記複数の増肉部で曲げて前記複数の湾曲部を形成する発進装置のケースの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の発進装置のケースの製造方法において、
環状の成形凹部を含む他の成形型と、環状の成形凸部を含む更に他の成形型との間に前記板材を配置し、前記他の成形型と前記更に他の成形型とを互いに接近させて前記板材に前記環状凸部を形成する発進装置のケースの製造方法。 - 請求項2または3に記載の発進装置のケースの製造方法において、
前記板材の中心側に環状の第1増肉部を形成すると共に前記板材の外周側に環状の第2増肉部を形成し、
前記板材を前記第1増肉部で曲げて前記ケースの内周側かつ前記発進装置に連結される原動機側に位置するリブ部を形成すると共に、前記板材を前記第2増肉部で曲げて前記ケースの最外周側かつ前記発進装置に連結される原動機側に位置するコーナー部を形成する発進装置のケースの製造方法。
