Claims (2)
- 鉛蓄電池の電極に付着したサルフェーションを除去する鉛蓄電池再生装置であって、
前記鉛蓄電池から放電する放電パルス電流のみを生じさせるパルス電流供給部と、
前記放電パルス電流発生時に少なくとも前記放電パルス電流の電流値、パルス幅、及びパルス間隔を調整し、前記放電パルス電流の前記電流値をI、前記パルス幅をT1、及び前記パルス間隔をT2と定義した場合に、下記の式で表される大パルスエネルギーを少なくとも1A 2 以上の大きさを発生させるように、前記放電パルス電流供給部を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記パルス電流供給部により前記放電パルス電流が前記電極に繰り返し流れるように制御することを特徴とする鉛蓄電池再生装置。
(大パルスエネルギー)=I 2 ×T1/T2 ・・・(式) - 前記制御部は、前記鉛蓄電池の電池容量が12Ahの時、前記放電パルス電流の前記電流値を少なくとも40アンペア以上に、かつ前記パルス幅及び前記パルス間隔を調整して、該放電パルス電流が少なくとも1.7A2以上の大パルスエネルギーを発生させるように前記パルス電流供給部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉛蓄電池再生装置。
