Description
− 好ましくは、芳香族エーテル含分は、0〜0.3質量%に含まれる、
− より好ましくは、芳香族エーテル含分は、0〜0.2質量%に含まれ、さらに好ましくは、0〜0.1質量%に含まれる、
− 本組成物はさらに、1000ppm未満、好ましくは600ppm未満、より好ましくは500ppm未満、特に10〜250ppm、又はさらには5〜100ppmのアルミニウム質量含分を有する、
− 本組成物は、ポリエーテル−ケトン−ケトン(PEKK)を、少なくとも該組成物の60質量%超、好ましくは70質量%超、含有する(境界値を含む)、
− 本組成物は、ポリエーテル−ケトン−ケトン(PEKK)組成物である、
− 芳香族エーテルは、(1,4−フェノキシベンゾイル)ベンゼンである、
− 本組成物は、粉末状である。
− 最初の洗浄を、水/アルコール混合物によって行い、液体を分離すること、
− 少なくとも1回のさらなる洗浄を、水又は酸性の水により行い、液体を分離すること
からなることを特徴とする。

− Yは、酸素原子、硫黄原子、アルキレン基、例えば−CH2−及びイソプロピリデンから選択される基を表す。

芳香族エーテル含分を測定するための手順:
・カラム:MXT 500 Sim Dist 6m/320μm/ef=0.15μm
・温度Det (FID)=400℃
・1041インジェクタ温度=T≦40℃に設定
・カラム流量(一定流)=3ml/分
・炉のプログラミング=40℃(2分)→8℃毎分で150℃に
・150℃(0分)→15℃/分で330℃(0分)
・330℃(0分)→25℃/分で360℃(5分)
・キャリアガス=ヘリウム
・注入モード:炉によって制御される部分に位置する注入点により、カラム内で
・注入体積=0.5μl。
アルミニウム含分を特定するための方法
無機化:
・digitubeに試料を0.5g量り取る
・67%の硝酸を10ml加える
・加熱ブロック内で2時間、99℃で加熱
・Whatmanフィルタ(589/1 直径125mm)でろ過
・最終的な体積である25mLの印まで、Milly Q waterを満たす。
定量化:
・光学ICP/AES技術(Vista Pro ICP,Varian)による
・標準は、ドリフトを制御するために試料の前後で稼働
・作業波長:アルミニウム元素のために396.15nm。
Claims (8)
- 電磁照射式焼結により三次元物体を層ごとに形成する方法に適した、ポリ(アリール−エーテル−ケトン)(PAEK)組成物であって、0〜0.4質量%(境界値含む)の芳香族エーテル含有率、及び1000ppm以下のアルミニウム質量含有率を有することを特徴とする、組成物。
- 前記組成物が、60質量%以上の量のポリエーテル−ケトン−ケトン(PEKK)を少なくとも含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ポリエーテル−ケトン−ケトン(PEKK)組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 芳香族エーテルが(1,4−フェノキシベンゾイル)ベンゼンであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用であって、前記組成物が粉末状であり、電磁照射式焼結により物体を層ごとに形成するための方法における、使用。
- 電磁照射を用いて粉末を層ごとに焼結することにより三次元物品を製造する方法であって、前記粉末が、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物に一致することを特徴とする、三次元物体の製造方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のポリ(アリール−エーテル−ケトン)(PAEK)組成物を合成する方法であって、
− 一又は複数の芳香族酸塩化物及び一又は複数の芳香族エーテルを、ルイス酸の存在下、25℃で0.05質量%以下の濃度でのみ水を溶解する溶媒中で、−5〜+25℃(境界値含む)の温度で、撹拌しながら接触させること、
− 50〜120℃(境界値含む)の温度で重合を完了させること、
− 酸の存在下または非存在下で、撹拌しながら、反応混合物を水と接触させること、
− PAEKを液状排出物から分離すること、
− 酸の存在下または非存在下で、PAEKを洗浄し、液体を分離すること、
− 得られたPAEKを、ガラス転移温度Tgを20℃上回る温度で乾燥させること
からなり、
更に、PAEKを洗浄する工程、及び液体を分離する工程が、
− 最初の洗浄を、95〜60質量%(境界値含む)のアルコール割合を含有する水/アルコール混合物によって行い、液体を分離すること、
− 少なくとも1回のさらなる洗浄を、水又は酸性の水によって行い、液体を分離すること
からなることを特徴とする、方法。 - アルコールが、次の少なくとも1種のアルコール:メタノール、エタノール、又はイソプロパノールから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
